If we haven’t met yet, Hi! I’m Lorra :) I’m the founder of @thriveableoffical, the first personal growth membership community for kids.

Growing up, my parents heavily valued personal growth and development, as a result I was the 9 year old in the back of the room listening to goal setting sessions, healthy habits, and ways you can lead a BIG life. Let’s just say, it became part of me.

When I would be in these seminars, trainings, and workshops, I was dumbfounded at the fact that there were little to no kids in the room.

Why would adults spend THOUSANDS of dollars, time, energy, and money to FIX themselves when you could just start kids on the right track in the beginning?

IT DIDN’T MAKE ANY SENSE.

I started @thriveableofficial to create a tight knit community of young people who want to lead and extraordinary life and are HUNGRY for tools and community to do that.

From financial literacy to healthy habits to accountability, we are the definition of “what every adult wishes they had as a kid.”

We have an in person community call once a week as well as in person events and retreats. Curious if this could be a fit for your child or loved one?

I’m in my 20’s and although I plan on maxing out my entire life, here is what I’ve specifically decided to prioritize in this era.

P.S my decision on what to truly prioritize was inspired by Meg Jays’s book “The Defining Decade”. She talks about this idea of “identity capital” and what if instead of doing things for money or traditional work experience we did them for how powerful, cultured, and immensely unique and valuable it would make us as humans?

That’s a wrap on the 1st Thriveable event DOWN UNDER 🇦🇺

We just wrapped up our 3 day @thriveableofficial X @syd.sessions on Bondi Beach in Sydney!

3 days of goal setting. Purpose driven questions. Service projects. And figuring out WHO YOU WANT TO BE AND WHAT THE HECK YOU WANT TO DO WITH YOUR LIFE.

This was our 3rd international event and boy do they just keep getting better and better.

The goal of this 3 day teens mastermind was to give young people a space to ask questions they don’t normally ask, learn what they don’t normally learn, and start to figure out what might be possible for their lives. Basically, everything adults wish they had as a kid.

From the U.S to Fiji to Guatemala to Australia to some NEW LOCATIONS in 2027… I couldn’t be more grateful at the speed @thriveableofficial is expanding.

You aren’t being called to higher to stay the same version of you. I’ve been having some of the most beautiful encounters with God recently and one thing keeps holding true…as cliche as it sounds, you haven’t come this far TO ONLY COME THIS FAR. You haven’t been chipped away at and put through the furnace to not continue to be refined. Anyway…just a long rant abt how my goal is truly to make my life a masterpiece for my creator. I love the quote “Life is God’s gift to you, what you do with it is your gift back to God.” by @lorradailey

When times are good, many children don’t experience hardship or struggle.
Sounds GREAT.

Except that without that, society falls into entitlement, fragility, and complacency.
Kids grow up not knowing what it means to persevere through challenge.

Face something and come out the other side a better human with more knowledge and character than they had before.

They already have comfort.
It was never earned.

We need to intentionally design challenge for our young people so they actually develop tools that prevent them from a life of complacency.

It takes more work from us as a society and as their parents. But it must be done. by @lorradailey

I started @Thriveableofficial for the families that want to lead lives by design, not by default.

The biggest predictor of overall satisfaction in life is ONE thing: Relationships.

No matter what the future holds, that part of being human will never change.

So while default may become more and more reliance on technology for more things, the life we design will always have its foundation in meaningful relationships and community. by @lorradailey
