20 teens. Three days. Our first @syd.sessions x @thriveableofficial weekend was pretty epic. 🤍

We created a space for young people to come back to themselves. To explore who they are, who they want to be and where they’re going… and leave with practical tools to help them navigate it all.

I flew the amazing @lorradailey in from the US to facilitate, as I met her in Fiji last year and was blown away by her and the impact she has on young people, plus she’s 21 and way cooler than us adults! I’m incredibly grateful we brought this to life together. ✨

Sunday, we rolled up our sleeves with the incredible @kidsgivingback and cooked meals for people experiencing homelessness. The perfect way to close the weekend with a sense of deeper meaning and purpose. ☺️

To the 20 teenagers who showed up with open minds and gave it everything.. thank you. To the parents who trusted us… thank you. And to every person who helped make this happen and supporting the vision, you’re amazing! ❤️

Weekend one, in the books.

Dropping what’s next very soon!

Come join us. ✨

Happy birthday to my better half, @alycedailey as you unlock another level! 🎉 We are all so grateful for you!

I love having you as my co-creator in life, love, business and beyond. I love that we get to travel, learn and grow up together.

I’m grateful that you are the magic mama to our four amazing daughters. And every day, I witness the fruits of your labor of raising them right

And yes, you are a prolific builder of community-one table at a time. There is a glow in your eyes and in your heart that lights up the world and invites people into the conversation and it is clear that God is working in you and through you in this.

Can’t wait to see what God has in store for you this next year! ❤️

We spend our whole lives learning how to fill the space. Nobody teaches us how to leave room in it.

At Habitual Growth we talk a lot about discipline, tracking and standards. But we believe something just as strongly: growth isn't only about doing more.

It's also about protecting white space for curiosity, for play, for the moments that remind you why you're doing all of this in the first place.

A disciplined life should feel MORE alive, not less.

Schedule the work. Protect the wonder.
