Happy Thursday, friends!

⁉️What’s your dream job? Are you doing it now?

Mine has always been wedding photography which is what I’m doing now. But as soon as October rolls around every year, I question myself why would I put myself through this? I have 10+ weddings this month, as well as multiple portrait sessions and corporate events. 🥴😅 Please send help!

In addition to wedding photography, I also do product photography on the weekdays. That’s why I feel like a zombie at the moment LOL.

Anyway, hope you guys are reading something good. If you can give me some recs to awesome audiobooks, that would be amazing! 😘😘

Hi friends!

Hope you guys are doing good. I’m a little crampy today but still have lots to do. I’m also listening to like 3 audiobooks right now and I’m getting a little confused. 😂 Maybe I shouldn’t do that.

QOTD: What series you need to reread before diving into the newest sequel?

I remember the first two books of the Dark Shores series by @danielleljensen pretty well but I think I’ll just go ahead and reread the whole series before starting Scorched Earth.

Anyway, the sun is out so I gotta go take pictures for work. Have a great day! 😘

Hi. Long time no see. Again. 😂

I don’t know where to start. This month has been really hard on my mind and soul. I’ve lost a few friends but I gained a lot more. So to all the new people, hi.

I’ve been holding on too much to what I want my account to look like, how perfect the pictures have to be and how “aesthetic” it is.

To be honest, I think I’m done with that. From now on, I think I will be in my “I’ll post whatever I want” era. Some pictures will be pretty but some might not even be edited. 🤷🏻‍♀️We’ll have to see which Veraya shows up that day. 😂

To the people’s who’s stuck around, thank you. I appreciate you, friends.❤️❤️

❓QOTD: What’s a book you’ve been loving? I’ve been so bad at picking up new books. I need recommendations. 🙏🏻 taken in Dallas, Texas by @lostinbookworld

Hi friends! Remember me? 😂

QOTD: Where is your next trip?

I, like a lot of you creatives, got burnt out and had to do a social detox. I’m coming back now but with a more laid back approach. It’ll still be mostly bookish but I want to post more lifestyle and travel too!

Today I’m featuring Eclipsed Empire (book 2 of Crescent Kingdom) by @tessahalewrites which I will be starting on the plane on Tuesday. I’m going to be in the East Coast for a week. Expect touristy pics and food pics! 😂

K k, love you guys. Bai 😘

Happy weekend!

🙋🏻‍♀️Raise your hand if you’ve ever been victimized by a brutal cliffhanger🙋🏻‍♀️😂 ⁉️Which book was it⁉️

To be honest, I did not see this one coming @tessahalewrites That was so mean! 🤣 I was listening to the audiobook while driving so I couldn’t see how much was left in the book. Now I know what to expect in book 2. I won’t be caught off guard again. LOL

Hi friends! Hope your week is going well.

⁉️Is there a series you need to read the last book but you’re putting it off for some reason?

I have a few. 🙈
- City of Brass
- Caraval
- Zodiac Academy

I’m planning on rereading City of Brass and Kingdom of Copper again since it’s been so long. My plan is to finish this series this year. Wish me luck. 😂

My obsession with The Bridge Kingdom runs deep. @danielleljensen

I’ve been wanted to post all of my Bridge Kingdom editions. I have @fairyloot and @faecrate at the top. Second row is the alternate covers by @dominiquewesson 😍 The third row are the new gorgeous redesigned paperbacks and the last row are @thebookishbox editions!

I know there are some more out there and I will get them but for now, my wallet is mad at me so I have to wait. 😂

⁉️QOTD: what’s a book or series are you proud to collect?

⁉️What are you currently reading?

This is mine.

Thank you @redtowerbooks for sending me this gorgeous ARC of Shield of Sparrows by @devneyperry 😍

I’m enjoying this so much! And I’m alternating between the physical ARC and the audiobook. If you get a chance to checkout the audio, please do. It’s fantastic!

Also, I’m going with more simplistic theme because the flatlays were burning me out. I’ll still do some when inspiration hits me. 😬

Hi friends, I’m back!! Sort of. I’m feeling way better than the last time I talked to you. Thank you so much for all of the encouraging messages and prayers. You guys really helped me. 😭

⁉️What’s your first book of May?!

I just want to pop over to share my current read (in my new reading chair. So comfy! And it reclines all the way back so I can’t read for long before I fall asleep)🤪

I started The Floating World by @axieoh and I’m hooked from page 1. Also, the map is amazing! It’s said to be Final Fantasy meets Shadow and Bone and that sounds really cool!

It is out now so go check it out. The sequel, The Demon and the Light is coming out later this year 10/21/25. Thank you so much @fiercereads for sending me this finished copy. 😘

I hope you guys are having a wonderful day. Love you!🥰

Hi friends! Happy Monday!

⁉️How often do you post a #shelfie or tell me what you’re reading 🥰

It’s been a minute since I posted a shelfie and I just reorganized the shelves so this feels like a good day to post! 🙌🏻

Reading update: I just finished The Fall Risk by Abby Jimenez and it was short and sweet. I will forever read everything she writes! I’m also gonna start Crescent Kingdom ARC by Tessa Hale today.

Hope you’re reading something good! 😘

Howdy bookish people!

⁉️What’s new to you sub-genre are you devouring right now?

Confession time: When I heard the title “Knotted” by @pamgodwinauthor I totally thought it was a wolf shifter romance 🤦🏻‍♀️ oops. Now that I know it’s a cowboy romance, I will be reading this ASAP.

I’ve been reading the Rebel Blue Ranch series and now I’m on a cowboy romance kick. So if you have any more recs for me, please let me know 🙏🏻.

This gorgeous edition is from @thebookishbox 😍
-Front dust jacket, hardcase, and stenciled edges by Ariel Waters
-Reverse dust jacket and endpapers by @anna_helme

⁉️QOTD: What was your last enemies to lovers read?

Hi friends!

I just finished The Crown of Oaths and Curses by @jbreeauthor and it was an instant 5 ⭐️ read for me.

This was a true enemies to lovers book where, by the end of the book, they have just moved on from enemies to “eh, you’re not so bad.” 😂 Like, where is the “lovers” part?!? Haha. Anyway, I can feel my obsession forming and I will be scouring the internet to buy up other editions. 😂

This beautiful edition and the crown are both by @thebookishbox 😍😍
