Xenia Xamanek is a Danish/Honduran artist based in Copenhagen. Their work spans experimental production, live performance, and DJ sets that merge the raw physicality of elements from genres such as reggaeton and cumbia with mind-expanding abstract soundscapes, abrasive attacks of noise, and moments of haunting beauty.

Rooms (χῶροι): 13. LEYA - ‘Tunechi (demo)’

In conjunction with their upcoming album, the track was recorded in an empty storage container and a stairwell at their home in NYC. LEYA have described the feeling of the environment in which their track was composed:

“Steel door frame fruited spores caviar smoke slam the kingdom shut” - LEYA

LEYA, the American duo of harpist Marilu Donovan and vocalist/violinist Adam Markiewicz, creates work within a singular world. Through a lone LP, a cassette, three EPs, a mixtape, an adult film, and a flurry of collaborations, they have traced far corners of the international underground while gracing major fashion runways, the home page of PornHub, and institutions like MoMA and the Palais de Tokyo. Cohorts include Eartheater, Actress, Ecco2K, Brooke Candy, Sega Bodega, james K, Varg2TM, claire rousay, Okay Kaya, Chanel Beads, HTRK and many more.

‘Rooms’ (χῶροι): 4. Seán Being & Jasmine Wood - ‘160823090426’ (Feat. Filipa Cordeiro & h. hartvig nielsen)

This track involves the bringing together and reworking of two raw recordings, made three years apart. 160823: improvisations on a Gregorian chant hook together with h hartvig nielsen and Filipa Cordeiro at Newport Church, Co. Mayo, August 2023 (uninvited). 090426: having just begun to learn the viola, April 2026. Both were floated as possible submissions to Jasmine Wood, who took them and transformed them into this piece. Referencing the psychogeographic nature of these works, the track title combines the geographic coordinates in which they were recorded.

Seán Being is an Irish musician working across a range of modes of composition and performance, alone and with others, including as a member of the group Princ€ss and as instigator of the event series/performance Car Musick. Their various collaborations include contributions to live and recorded projects with the likes of Spellcaster, Maria Somerville, Nashpaints, Jennifer Moore, Olan Monk, Henry Earnest, Florian TM Zeizig, Dylan Kerr, Asa Nisi Masa, Life is Beautiful, Polido, Adriana João and Usof. Seán has performed across artist-run and institutional settings in such venues as The Hut (IE), Somerset House (UK), Spanners (UK), Haus am Waldsee (DE), St Paul’s Chapel at Columbia University, NYC (USA), Fluent (ES), Cosmos (PT), and Galeria Zé dos Bois (PT). Their new album, Thank Goodness, releases on October 30th. taken in Co. Mayo, Ireland by @lota_______

Using landscape as a collaborator, 15 musicians explore their relationship to their physical environments. Analysing the influence of both natural and domestic spaces on the human body, each track is composed in conjunction with a personal connection to these physical surroundings.

My final performance this year was shared with Pavel Milyakov @buttechn, debuting our collaborative work at @pafpafpafpafpafpafpaf in Olomouc, Czechia. It was an honour to share this new work with an attentive audience in such a vibrant context. An incredible way to end a year that honestly passed by much too quickly… ꨄ︎

The next JW X PM @buttchn show is April 2nd, 2026 in Berlin at @silent.green

“II & III”, a double-single in collaboration with @cobysey and @raisakay is out today via @lota________ ㅤꨄ︎

Culminating a series of double-single remixes, Jasmine Wood reimagines two additional works from her ambient debut, “Piano Reverb” (2024). By integrating the distinctive approaches of Raisa K and Coby Sey, “II & III” offer a surprising perspective on the original work. Coby Sey’s ambient-techno interpretation of “II” continues where “VI & VII” left off, while Raisa K’s idiosyncratic style brings us a driving, acid-techno mix of “III”. Together, they compliment the original goal of the work - to reveal what the piano is capable of achieving. In this context, the reverb from the original piano recordings work as a thread, weaving in and out of lush kick drums, claps, bass notes and sparse vocals. “II & III” showcases the versatility of the piano, playfully articulating the echoes of the sustain - pulling Piano Reverb from a Dublin church to the dance floor.

Jasmine Wood partners with Berlin-based producer Pavel Milyakov, a.k.a. Buttechno, to reconceptualize two selected works from Wood’s ambient debut, “Piano Reverb” (2024). The culmination brings us stand-alone, ambient-techno tracks that organically stem from the same world; stretching along the curvature of the vaulted church that the original album was recorded in.
