Hi everyone- here are some updates from September We recently had a Q&A which brought back some valuable responses and gave us insight into where we can work better together, as well as what is already working well. We hope this can be the beginning of more open conversations across the community. We’ve also created a story highlight from this with answers for some common questions, including about our equipment inventory and how to get involved The shared photo library is looking great, so please continue to send through pictures from your time in the space There is a lot happening in the space, including our ongoing Werk dance workshops and the new Soprano’s watch club. Our biweekly artmaking sessions will also return from 14 October. There are also upcoming gigs you can find in our post history as well as on flypost.ie, with some discounted member codes you can find on our Patreon, including for @synthetic_____memory, @rinkke.records and @lota_______ These events are made possible through the involvement of our volunteers and members who contribute via Patreon and help keep the space and community active This month we had 34 new members, making 813. From this we have collected €1600.00, as well as rent from our studio members, to pay towards rent and investing in the space Thank you all for your continued support

My final performance this year was shared with Pavel Milyakov @buttechn, debuting our collaborative work at @pafpafpafpafpafpafpaf in Olomouc, Czechia. It was an honour to share this new work with an attentive audience in such a vibrant context. An incredible way to end a year that honestly passed by much too quickly… κ¨„οΈŽ The next JW X PM @buttchn show is April 2nd, 2026 in Berlin at @silent.green XO β€”β€” First & second image: Marián Hromek @hromek_marian Video by: @pafpafpafpafpafpafpaf Third image: Tomáš Kozohorský @tomas_kozohorsky

β€œII & III”, a double-single in collaboration with @cobysey and @raisakay is out today via @lota________ γ…€κ¨„οΈŽ β€”β€”β€”- Culminating a series of double-single remixes, Jasmine Wood reimagines two additional works from her ambient debut, β€œPiano Reverb” (2024). By integrating the distinctive approaches of Raisa K and Coby Sey, β€œII & III” offer a surprising perspective on the original work. Coby Sey’s ambient-techno interpretation of β€œII” continues where β€œVI & VII” left off, while Raisa K’s idiosyncratic style brings us a driving, acid-techno mix of β€œIII”. Together, they compliment the original goal of the work - to reveal what the piano is capable of achieving. In this context, the reverb from the original piano recordings work as a thread, weaving in and out of lush kick drums, claps, bass notes and sparse vocals. β€œII & III” showcases the versatility of the piano, playfully articulating the echoes of the sustain - pulling Piano Reverb from a Dublin church to the dance floor. β€œII (118 BPM)” [Remix] Performed & produced by: Coby Sey Mixed by: Coby Sey with additional mixing by: Auffthorn @auffthorn β€œIII (124 BPM)” [Remix] Produced & mixed by: Raisa K Vocals: Jasmine Wood [Original Recordings] Written, Produced & Performed by: Jasmine Wood Mastered by: Noel Somerville Cover design: James Folgarelli Fink @grilledjeans Photo of Jasmine Wood: Cáit Fahey @caitfa Photo of Coby Sey: Ksenia Burnasheva @mmmaqa

𝘝𝘐 & 𝘝𝘐𝘐 - A double-single in collaboration with Pavel Milyakov @buttechn out today κ¨„οΈŽ β€”β€” Jasmine Wood partners with Berlin-based producer Pavel Milyakov, a.k.a. Buttechno, to reconceptualize two selected works from Wood’s ambient debut, β€œPiano Reverb” (2024). The culmination brings us stand-alone, ambient-techno tracks that organically stem from the same world; stretching along the curvature of the vaulted church that the original album was recorded in. β€”β€” [Remix] Performed, Produced & Mixed by: Pavel Milyakov [Original Recordings] Written, Produced & Performed by: Jasmine Wood Mastered by: Noel Somerville Cover design: James Folgarelli Fink @grilledjeans Pavel photographed by: Oleksanda Trishyna @tris_oleksandra Jasmine photographed by: Auffthorn @auffthorn
