What a weekend. We LIVED! 🤠✨

Zach Bryan at Murrayfield left me speechless. And that Scottish crowd? Just wow.

This was my third trip to Scotland, and somehow I’ve now spent a total of three weeks in this country without getting rained on.

It was raining when we arrived, but it stopped the moment we got into the cab from the airport. Then, as soon as we boarded our flight home last night, it started raining again.

What are the chances of that? taken in Edinburgh, United Kingdom by @lottachrysong

France + rugby = always a good idea 🇫🇷🏉

I love France (and the French!), and the French love their rugby, just like I do.
As always, everything was incredibly well organised, and the stadium was absolutely stunning.

Happy to see New Zealand make it to the final! There’s something special about cheering for the team that nobody else in the stadium seems to be supporting 😁

Great to catch up with so many familiar faces and make some new friends along the way 💙

What a wild three days. Not going to lie, I think I left the weekend with more injuries than most of the players 😅

The IKEA outfit was clearly a hit — I’ve never had so many parents asking if their kids could have a photo with me/us 😂 taken in Stade Atlantique Bordeaux Métropole by @lottachrysong

What defined 2025 the most for me was that my body broke up with my brain.

I started to pass out. My resting heart rate was sky high. I slept worse than ever, yet was constantly tired. I forgot things — like where I was going or what I was doing. It was hard just to put one foot in front of the other. I used to deal with stress very well; I even thought I functioned better under pressure than without it. That was suddenly gone with the wind. I found it difficult to breathe, my hands were shaking. I couldn’t follow conversations — I simply couldn’t keep up or function.

The first months of recovery I mostly spent with my closest friends and a lot of animals. I don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for all of you who let me be this version of myself — one that is so far from what you’re used to in many ways.

And to all the people who don’t count as my closest friends, but who still cheered me on, encouraged me even without knowing me well, and shared your stories so freely and openly — you make this world a better place.

Lesson learned: asking for help and being vulnerable is one of the most beautiful things life can give.

AND I did manage to have a lot of fun of course. I always do. Life is for the living.

That time of the year I feel the urge to go through my photos from the year. 2025 started with a month without alcohol or sugar.
I tried a lot of new things with one of the most beautiful human beings I know, Sara ❤️
I had more check-ins at the gym than there were days in each month.
I was high on life.

I went on a 35-hour journey to what felt like paradise on earth to meet Lovisa.
We watched the sun rise and set, kayaked endlessly, spent our days barefoot in the sand, and filled both days and nights with deep conversations and laughter.

And when I came home I refused to give up on going for swims so I just kept doing it even though the water was freezing cold 😅

At the time, I thought this was the absolute best version of myself I’d ever been.
I had no clue that I was pushing myself too hard.

I loved this part of the year, I felt light, happy and I was very proud of myself. by @lottachrysong

There’s always things to do at a farm.
I find it so rewarding and peaceful though that it never seems like much work. More therapy than anything else. Blessed to have friends with a place like this so I can pretend I’m a farmer now and then 😅🤠 by @lottachrysong

What I learned is that patience is key, your body and brain needs time to get better. Discipline isn’t just about pushing, it’s about knowing when to hold back.

And courage can also be to back yourself when it feels like all things are falling apart. by @lottachrysong
