Brazil is coming to Margate! (Link in bio) An event inspired by my travels, bringing together the flavours, ingredients and experiences I discovered along the way. - From tangy tucupi and crunchy farofa to our own plant-based take on coxinha and one of Brazil’s most iconic dishes, feijoada, there’s lots I’ve been excited to cook since coming home. Joining me in the kitchen are @gabrielcamargo_ and @nathaliagoncalvesn - bringing their own ideas and experiences to the menu, with @sirdegauthier on the decks bringing Brazilian sounds to the evening. Add some amazing Brazilian artwork to the mix, and we’re bringing a little taste of warmth back to Margate. 📍 @louieonsea 7th November, 5pm-10pm Videography @je.suis.albane #popup #foodguide #brazil #chef #margate by @louieonsea
