Hope I'm not late to the party, so to speak. 👀
Heres a pre-lude to my pole performance with @louvre_la on October 30th.
I'm gonna show up as the mad hatter.

Think this is hard? 😅

Today’s pro tip for all our advanced polers! This one especially goes out to our babes and boys with anterior pelvic tilt.

Tuck that tushie in, engage that core, and feel the immediate difference! Proper core engagement is a game changer when it comes to dynamic, acrobatic tricks on static pole. A tiny adjustment can make a HUGE difference. Woohoo! 🙌

Check out our schedule at [www.louvrela.com](http://www.louvrela.com) and let’s [insert whatever pole dancing means to you] together! 💋

Advanced polers: must-do drills to nail your backflip 😇

1. Learn the grip: top hand cup grip, bottom hand ribbon grip 🎀
2. Pull up in this grip with your knees to your chest.
3. Get your hips high enough to enter brass monkey.
4. On the mat, practice getting your hips over your head from a lunge using the same grip. This is your fear-breaker drill.
5. From the lunge, try the full flip on the mat using the same cues.
6. Aim your feet down toward the floor on the other side. Intention matters!
7. Finally, try it from standing ✨

Learn advanced pole tricks with Marina Sundays at 2 PM.
