Jeppe Marathon 2026
I'm so proud of myself having an awesome run today! Breaking through fitness or just enjoying the movement is a fantastic feeling. The only way to define your limits is to go beyond them. Out on the road there is self discovery, no matter the break you have given yourself never outrun the joy of running. by @louw.benjamin

I'm grateful for all the lessons and thankful for all the experiences. I have grown, matured and learned so much. I'm stronger, wiser and more aware. I want to express my gratitude to all my supporters for their kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support during challenging times. Your acceptance of me, without judgment, and your willingness to allow me to be vulnerable mean the world to me. It's the laughter, being there for me and the love that carry me through, no matter what life throws my way. You are simply the best!! taken in University of Stellenbosch by @louw.benjamin

Running is part of my life ❤️ I am in a competition with no one but myself. I focus on myself and my growth because no one in the entire world can do a better job of being me than me. My only competition is the person I was in yesterday and the other one is when I bring myself down knowing that I've got the potential.

Thank you for pirates ☠️ for the weekend
