Absa Run Your City 🏃🏼‍♀️✨

The race owes me NOTHING 😭🔥 What a vibe! Running through the streets of Joburg, taking in the views, the energy, the people… such a cool way to see the city 🏙️❤️

10km well spent 🫶🏼🏃🏼‍♀️

Joburg, I’ll definitely be seeing you again 👀✨

July looked like this. 🤍

Good food. Good people. Full therapy days. Back to running. Stronger in the gym. An AAC presentation. Lots of little moments that made a big month.

Nothing extraordinary—just a month that felt really good.

See you, July. ☁️✨

June dump- in no particular order🤍

A month of learning to give myself grace and adjust to a new normal.

A little escape to Clarens, Father’s Day celebrations, backing Bafana Bafana, fun times with colleagues, my first 30 km bike ride in over 10 years, live choir music (good for the soul), and slowly finding my way back to the gym.

So grateful for the people who continue to walk this season with me. Sometimes the people who understand your grief best are the ones carrying it too.

Here’s to a peaceful, gentle July. 🤍🌿
