Love Well: A new approach and hope for the future. The past 4 months have been a lot. In fact, they’ve been a lot for everyone. Instead of trying to force our content for you all, I decided to step away from this for a little bit - with the goal to better myself, and this brand, because you deserve content that is true and all in. The Human Files: Vivian Suhy. In my research, I’ve learned so many different resources humans have used to cope. The main resource? Faith. Vivian’s story takes us beyond her skill on the volleyball court. Through her witness of who Jesus really is, she has proven His love is never ending, and the joy it is to be loved by Him. by @love.well.project

Pressure is a Privilege: A Hutch Saggese Story. This story has been long awaited. Hutch reached out to me back in the fall with the strong belief that he had a story to tell. We met in person and was simply blown away to hear what he had to say. I’m honored and humbled to present Hutch’s story with the world, making him the first male athlete to share their story on The Love Well Project. This is the standard. This is what we strive for. The reason for your season. I’ve heard constantly every year to not forget the reason for this season (which I love), but it helped me come up with this idea of remembering the reason for your own season. Everyone has their why, and a lot of times, that “why” ties back to their younger selves. It ties in the idea we want to be better than we could’ve ever thought. As we enter the new year, and maybe new seasons for people, we have to remember to keep going. To keep remembering your younger self, and where you wanted to be. The Love Well Apparel. Everyone’s story deserves to be told, and for us to create apparel that helps tell YOUR story is so exciting. This is a witness, a witness to everyone to understand the epidemic that is happening not just in athletes, but every human being. This apparel is meant to represent you - high school athletes, college athletes, everyday humans. It’s here to represent everything you want to say and feel. It represents your mind, your community, your school, and everything you experience as a human. It’s time we begin to remind everyone that we are human first, and everything else second.
