A simple mantra I learnt in the Shaking Ashram in Bali, with Ratu Bagus. Very powerful meditation retreat center.

During our lives we constantly learn this cycle of birth, continuation and then death. Nature shows it to us too. The Guru represents the wisdom that creates, sustains and transforms us.
I bow down to my biggest teacher: Life✨🌿

If you need an inspired action this is the mudra meditation for you. Hold it for several minutes.

I am blown away by the power of Mudras.

So simple, so effective.

✨ Uttarabodhi Mudra ✨

A beautiful hand gesture often associated with awakening, clarity and inner wisdom.

Bring your hands together in front of your heart. Interlace your fingers, then extend your index fingers upward and your thumbs downward, gently touching.

For me, practicing this mudra brought a deep sense of calm and concentration. As I became quieter and more present, I also noticed inspired ideas naturally coming through. 🌿

Sometimes, when we stop searching for the answers, there is space for them to arise.

Try sitting quietly with this mudra for a few minutes and simply notice what happens within you. 🤍

📖 Source & inspiration: Mudras: Yoga in Your Hands by Gertrud Hirschi — an amazing book for exploring the many mudras and their practices.
