The Art of Unlearning. 🕊️

We spend our lives building a “self” based on what we own, what we do, and what we think. But the truth is much simpler and much more beautiful.

I am not my car.
I am not my bank account.
I am not my clothes.
I am not even my thoughts or my emotions.

What remains when we strip it all away? Pure Consciousness. Unconditional Love. Awareness.

Yoga is the sacred process of shedding the layers that are no longer true. It is a “destruction” of illusions. We release the masks we’ve outgrown so that our true nature can finally breathe.

This is why we retreat. We step away from the noise to remember the silence that was always there.

✨ Are you ready to meet who you really are?

Thank you @moonstonelodgeponta for having us and thank you @love_heals_julia for the powerful sound healing session 🙏🏽❤️ and @surfaroundmozambique and @lwandisurf for the surf session

Each time we breathe with intention, we plant a seed of presence. 🌱

Thank you, @love_heals_julia , for guiding us through sound, stillness, and breath. Sunday’s session was a reminder that healing doesn’t need to be loud, sometimes it hums, vibrates, and settles gently beneath the surface.

So grateful for the space you held and the resonance you left behind.
