Finally checked out @lovecloudmills a few weeks back after seeing it everywhere ☁️ I was super hyped to try this new Japanese-inspired bakery, especially knowing they can sell out as early as 2pm!

They do such interesting, inventive takes on both sweet and savoury bakes. Hands down our favourites were the Mentai Mochi Shiopan (that chewy mochi + mentaiko combo is a 10/10) and the Unagi Moon with binchotan-grilled unagi packed into their seeded salt bread.

Their nama donuts are crazy pillowy too — loved the Blueberri Ever and Strawberri Fields 🫐🍓🌼 If you want something unique, definitely grab the Charcuterie Board savoury donut with prosciutto, Brie, and fig jam! I so wanna head back to try the classic Nama Maru too!!

So all you knead is a good bakery run~

Thoughtfully baked.

New in the neighbourhood, born from a love of good bread and better mornings.

25 flavours, sweet and savoury, all made the way we'd want to eat them ourselves. A little Japanese inspiration, a lot of care in every batch.

The hype is real for @lovecloudmills’ latest opening with a whole wide range of savory and sweet bakes and soft yummy donuts 😱 and best thing of all, they taste as good as they look! 🤤 We now understand why the lady before us swept every one of each on display cos you’ll truly be spoilt for choices and want try everything!

Our favourites are the Aji-San that resembles the fillet-o-fish, Ebi-Chan and the Blueberri Ever donuts YUMSSSS 😋

Go early cos there was a long queue when we reached and we heard they can sell out as early as 2pm 😱

🥐 Cloudmills Bakery — Fabulous from start to finish!

Popped over on a Saturday morning and as expected, there was already a queue but thankfully it was a moving queue, so the wait felt pretty painless!

The hardest part? 😍 Choosing what to eat! There were simply too many pretty shio pans and breads calling out to us. We ordered quite a few things and honestly… no regrets. Everything was fabulous! 🥖✨

One thing I really loved was the toasting corner. Just a simple 3-minute toast brings out such a wonderful aroma and makes the bread taste even better. Definitely worth doing before you dig in!🤭

There are only outdoor seats, but the space is well ventilated, comfortable and super IG-worthy 📸🌿 perfect for snapping a few photos while enjoying your bakes. Thats what we did!

Ohh.. a special shoutout to the service ❤️ Despite the bustling Saturday morning crowd, the staff were patient, friendly and attentive, taking their time to help us even when they were clearly busy.

Beautiful bakes, great flavours, lovely service and a fun little toasting corner — Cloudmills is definitely worth a visit if you love bread and shio pan! 🥐🤎

Orchard just got a new bakery worth waking up early for & Yes there was even a queue before 11am! ☁️🥐

@lovecloudmills is a Japanese-inspired bake spot at Claymore Drive that is quietly putting full restaurant dishes into bread — and yes, it is as good as it sounds 🤤

The order everyone needs to try: Unagi Moon. Think a fluffy seeded shio pan stuffed with binchotan-grilled unagi, tamagoyaki and a soy-marinated egg yolk. Smoky, savoury, rich… basically an unagi don in handheld form. 👀

The menu has over 25 sweet and savoury bakes, so come with a friend and order across the board. Just do not show up too late — they are open until sold out!
