some things really just beat others and at the end of the day… yoga > everything else

you know we’re right - not many things feel better flowing on your mat next to your people. there’s a reason it wins every time! by @loveevolutionstudio

aerial is back! at the studio and we couldn’t be more excited 💃💃

let’s debunk some myths about aerial yoga because it truly is for every body and every ability. it can definitely seem a little daunting the first few times.

just like any yoga practice - you don’t have to be super strong and flexible before starting… that’s what the class is for! to help us build strength and flexibility.

also like any other yoga practice, you don’t have to do anything that doesn’t feel good to you! you can skip poses, ask for a different variation, or my personal favorite - hour long savasana in the hammock 😴

aerial classes are included in monthly memberships with no additional fees so give it a shot - you’ll be hooked in no time! by @loveevolutionstudio

take that hour for yourself 🖤

that hour where nothing else has to happen. we can set aside the to do lists, the urgency, the ongoing.

for 60 minutes we can just move our bodies, tune into our breath, and be together in community. a complete reset that creates space and capacity for the rest of our day

it may not seem like much but you’d be surprised what an hour can do 🤍 by @loveevolutionstudio

it was hard to capture the beauty of Portugal in black and white so just this once.. here’s a little color ✨

what an incredible week of sight seeing, memory making, and a very decent amount of sangria. so thankful to this community that decided to journey along with us - you made the trip what it was.

ps the little baggie at the end is candy - it wasn’t that crazy of a trip! 🤪 by @loveevolutionstudio

✨teacher spotlight✨ on Emily!

if you’ve had the pleasure of taking Emily’s class, you’ve learned how important breath is in your practice and how it amplifies the experience. she makes sure to create lots of space and permission to breathe throughout. you’ve also probably jammed out to some oldies in downdog. Emily creates a welcoming and safe environment whether it’s your very first class or your 100th!

catch Emily Sunday mornings at 8am or Wednesday evenings at 6pm for heated power and give her some love below! by @loveevolutionstudio
