Your body will start to change.

And you will become a woman.

These changes are not something to avoid, or be embarrassed about.

They are something to understand. To prepare for.

Every body goes through this stage of life.

Every woman you know has been right where you are.

And while the changes may feel strange, or awkward at first, this conversation does not have to be.

Your body is doing exactly what it was designed to do.

So we are going to talk about body parts. And periods. And all the things that make us girls, and then women.

Because understanding your body changes is important.

And you are not alone in this. 🤍
