Oh hai! I’m LRS. Thought I would show the face behind the account and say hello to anyone who follows along on my little corner of the internet. This account is one of my favourite places to be, looking at food, talking about food, being inspired by y’all. Thanks for sharing space with me. Say hi anytime ❤️✨

Here’s a recipe for your new favourite brekkie. You can add whatever ingredients you fancy!
Bake at 400 for between 13-15 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs. Let me know if you try these!

✨HOW TO MAKE CHIA SEED PUDDING✨

Chia seed pudding is super easy and super healthy and super delicious.

This is the magic ratio for an individual serving:
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of choice

I love to use vanilla oat milk and serve with berries, peanut butter, hemp hearts, and coconut flakes. You can add any toppings you like! Other topping ideas include bananas, granola, chocolate chips, jam, nuts, and dried fruit. by @lrseats

📍SEASIDE SHANTY📍
Have been eating my way across the South Shore of Nova Scotia and I am in seafood heaven. This place is magic. ✨

I had the seafood tagliatelle and the pasta was so so so yummy and started with the halibut ceviche and ended with the most glorious sunset on the dock. 🌅

The look off point in Canning, Nova Scotia has some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Come for the view, stay for the tacos. 🌮✨

Oysters are maybe my absolute favourite food. Fresh shucked sitting by the Atlantic Ocean? Full on dream.

✨SIBLING PICNIC✨
When Dad asked me if I would host a party for his siblings, on the day of my nans birthday no less, it was an easy yes. My extended family has fed and loved me and supported me for years, so it was a real joy to get to treat them. I made peach and mozzarella salad, broccoli salad, grilled steak and chicken, set up a veggie tray and a charcuterie, and baked a chocolate tart with raspberry gelée and best ever blueberry cheesecake crumble buns. It was such a special and unforgettable afternoon. ❤️✨
