We’ve taken @tiffp0912 from shy and unsure to a world record deadlift, holds multiple national podiums and wins, and 4th in the world in her category at OSG worlds.

You know why? She listens, communicates and fucking delivers.

If you’re ready to go all in, I’m game.

Always proud of our Tiny Strong ❤️

142kg to 129.6kg in 9 weeks

12.4kg gone and he’s not missed a beat. Every check-in in, every week

No crash diet, no starving himself, just a plan built around his life and a lad who turned up and did the work

And the best bit? We’re not even halfway through his 24 week block yet

Proud of you big man, this is only the start

My top tips to improve your mental health...

This one is close to home. For someone who has been struggling for a while now, these are the things I've done to make a step in the right direction.

Always seek advice from your GP or a mental health professional and don't be afraid to speak to someone, it won't solve the problem at hand instantly but it's certainly the best step forward you can take.

Nick Allsopp 👊 @nick_fury_110_

99kg in July

Pulled him down to 89.15kg

Now we’re filling him back up

The job was never just to get him light.

We wanted to strip the fat, see what’s actually under there, then build back with purpose.

He’s competing at u90, and even with his food going UP he’s holding his weight right where we want it.

Slide to the end to see him filling back out.

Same frame. Completely different athlete.

Proud of this one mate, the work has been class.

20 kilos down, just over a year in

This is Jake. Senior manager at a construction firm, on the road all week, and he’d told himself for years that sorting his diet was something he couldn’t do.

35 years old before he got it in check. His words, not mine.

A year on he’s 20 kilos down and in cracking shape, and the bit that matters most isn’t on the scales. His sleep apnoea score was 46 episodes an hour. It’s now almost gone.

His advice if you’re on the fence: give it three to six months. You’re not undoing years of habits in a fortnight. But at the end of it you’ll know how to do it yourself, and that’s an investment that pays you back.

Proud of this one. Not because of what I did, because of what he did every single week while I just kept the plan in front of him.
