Caught the #Oasis reunion tpur documentary with @pls_feedme59 on Friday - definitely recommend (no maybe in there 😁), even if you're a casual fan and aren't 'stark raving & madferit'! taken in Cineplex Cinemas Markham & VIP by @lsfc21

Some of the family got together a few weeks back to celebrate Mum. It does and it doesn't feel like it's been a year (July 26, 2025). She loved a party & getting together with family, so she definitely would've enjoyed this... Miss you & love you 130,000 bunches ❤️ taken in Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario by @lsfc21

Always great seeing @newconstellationsmusic when they come through. Definitely check them out and show their socials lots of love! @harleecase & @joshdotorg are as kind & sweet as they are talented (i.e. very!), and they're grinding/putting in the work - driving themselves in a van, while the headliners have a tour bus - just to be heard/seen & win over some new fans. This band is on the verge of breaking through, so hit up YouTube and if you only have time to check out a few songs, my current top 3 faves are Hot Blooded, Waterslides, and Think It Over (there are several other good ones and their new album drops soon, so that top 3 could change). They're planning to come back again in November, so you won't have to wait too long to catch them live! 😀 #livemusic #toronto #indiemusic taken in History Toronto by @lsfc21

Was great seeing @cannonstheband come through Toronto again (so cool that it snowed briefly before the show yesterday), with @bobmosesmusic & @oxis ! Check them & their new album out, if you haven't already.! taken in History Toronto by @lsfc21

It was a bittersweet Champions Weekend - losing our semifinal game with only 10 seconds left in the game - but bouncing back the next day to capture the bronze medal (giving us a "trifecta" or "complete set" of medals on the year - gold, silver & bronze). Really proud of my team for being resilient (we were often short-benched) & playing hard all season (we ended up tied for first, but seeded 2nd on goal differential). Now I get to rest, recharge & do it again next season! by @lsfc21

We only gave up 1 goal the entire tournament, but unfortunately, it was during overtime of the gold medal game (we had one disallowed during regulation & had most of the chances too, so this one stung). So it's one gold apiece this year for us & Hamilton - maybe we'll break the tie in the league finals? taken in The Sports Centre at the Western Fair District by @lsfc21

The more I listen to "The 12 Days of Christmas", the more I realize that not only was the 'true love' in question shite at gift giving, but they were REALLY hoping that those 5 golden rings would smooth over sending 28 birds, 50 people, 8 cows & a tree! by @lsfc21

First gold medal of my sledge hockey career & first #CruisersCup championship for @islanders_sledge_hockey! Thankful for being a part of a great team that added 3 Niagara players to the mix & worked together to go 4-1-1 over the weekend. The physical grind of 6 games in 51 hours & 2 disappointing Blue Jays losses all washed away in a moment of #golden brilliance... #champions #sledgehockey #paraicehockey #tournament #proudcaptainandcoach taken in Iceland Arena by @lsfc21

@rickygervais brought lots of laughs & some jokes that definitely won't make it to the Netflix special, whenever the final iteration becomes available. 😆 (No pics or video of him because cameras aren't permitted) #standupcomedy taken in Scotiabank Arena by @lsfc21

Final clips from last night's @newconstellationsmusic #Toronto gig (2nd show of the night) starts with a synth solo by @breadnmilk and @joshdotorg playing right into the cam at :29 (my laughing caused it to shake a bit).

3rd clip is a long one because "Hot Blooded" is my favourite & their most popular song, as evidenced by everybody singing along. There's nothing better than having a room full of people singing something you wrote back to you & you can see the joy on @harleecase & Josh's faces throughout - especially at 3:09, when they look at each other (she also gives the camera a nod at 5:12 🙂).

It was a great show and awesome getting to meet them all beforehand! Their first album drops sometime this fall, so stay tuned & hit up their YouTube channel in the meantime. #indiemusic #synthpop #guitar #powervocals #supportnewartists taken in Drake Underground by @lsfc21
