Having some fun working our booth at the @markhamfair. Lots of conversations about #SledgeHockey so far & there's still 2 more days! Come by the fair and say hello - the #sylviajacobswinterclassic cup is here!

Thank you to @frank.scarpitti & @cityofmarkham for setting us up with passes to yesterday's #olympics & #paralympics celebration! As the only sledge hockey team & ParaSport org in #YorkRegion, it was inspiring to see the PWD community & parasport not only being recognized, but celebrated alongside venerated Olympians like @de6rasse

This past Saturday, some of our players attended the @markhammajors_markhamislanders year-end banquet and @champjericho took home the Brad Selwood #MIP Award, after catching fire in the second half of his rookie season & leading the Int C team in points!! Congratulations JJ & thanks to the Markham Majors/Islanders for extending the invite ❤️. #hockey #banquet #awardseason

A fun time was had by all on Friday night at the @markhammajors_markhamislanders gala! We got sit with & talk to Andy Frost (former @mapleleafs PA annnouncer & @q107toronto DJ), plus meet former NHL'er & now coach @munrue (@hockeyequality & @stewarthockey). But the highlight of the night was the prestigious #DomenicNesci Humanitarian Award going to our very own @twingemini13 (who was determined to find out who knew about the award win ahead of time 🤣). It was an amazing moment for a very deserving winner who's dedicated most of her life to our club & the sport of #SledgeHockey . Congratulations, Shelley! #markham #Paraicehockey
