Breakfast nook at the Reed Residence, featuring a custom oak bench with slatted back. Evoking a mid-century modern aesthetic, and with soft light coming in from the adjacent window, this space is big on warm/cozy vibes--perfect for that morning coffee. #modernkitchens #modernkitchendesign #warmmodern #denverhouses #denverdesign #kitchendesıgn by @ltb_arch

⁣Featuring a rich interior palette of oak and cedar, and with spaces bathed in natural light, the Reed Residence exudes warmth and character. Every inch of this mid-century modern home was lovingly remodeled, with custom built-ins everywhere.⠀
⠀⠀
Living, Dining and Kitchen spaces are anchored around a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace and punctuated by exposed wood beams that highlight the vaulted space.⠀
⠀
The owners love of plants shines through as well, with greenery in almost every room—highlighted by a custom wood shelf above the kitchen island with plants cascading down the edges.⠀

Exterior of the 'Mexico' residence, currently in development. Original house was a typical 50s Denver ranch, but a new 2nd story and a complete architectural overhaul makes this somewhat of a deluxe 'pop-top'! #modernarchitecture #modernresidence #denvermodern #modernremodel #residentialdesign by @ltb_arch
