THIS was the first ever LTF Wellness Experience‼️

Movement. Recovery. Wellness. Local businesses. Community.

We brought everything together under one roof for a morning of mobility, Kettle Flow, Steps, recovery treatments, wellness products, food and genuine connection.

A massive thank you to every business that helped make the experience what it was:

@thewellnessstudiobyrj
@bhcbrm
@the.nakedpantry
@divinetea_uk
@ds_therapy_

And a special thank you to @wingstopuk and @tropicalsunfoods for supporting the day with food and refreshments.

This was our first LTF Wellness Experience but it definitely won’t be our last. 👀

We asked one of the co-founders of @ltfitness_hub what he thought the future of health and fitness looked liked in The Ends.

And from his answer, it’s nice to know that the people we partner with are cut from the same cloth 👊🏾 by @ltflevi7
