THIS was the first ever LTF Wellness Experience‼️ Movement. Recovery. Wellness. Local businesses. Community. We brought everything together under one roof for a morning of mobility, Kettle Flow, Steps, recovery treatments, wellness products, food and genuine connection. A massive thank you to every business that helped make the experience what it was: @thewellnessstudiobyrj @bhcbrm @the.nakedpantry @divinetea_uk @ds_therapy_ @dailleaf @flavaz_set_differently @lyfcosmetics And a special thank you to @wingstopuk and @tropicalsunfoods for supporting the day with food and refreshments. We hosted our annual @ccfoundation_org school uniform drive and what a day! To every volunteer that came out to help thank you so much, I rallied my friends all the way from Birmingham and the community truly turned out. When I was younger if I saw things like this actively happening in my community I know it would have meant so much to not just me but the people around me. The work we do reflects not just what’s needed in the present but hopefully it preserves a future we intend to be better for those that benefit. This kinda work really fills my cup and I had the best day with some of my favourite people. The bible says do not grow weary of doing good. And honestly I really feel that, no matter how I’m feeling, no matter the day I’ve had I want to always do good. Thank you to all my mates who came out to support us. We more than doubled our giveaways this year and on an amazing team effort!
