So grateful for everything yoga has brought to my life. Yes, I’m counting down the SECONDS till Valentine’s Day but December has a lot of major events happening as well. If you celebrate, of course. 🤠

I know it may sound cray but, yes, camping can be cute!

You know, I am actually quite surprised by how many of you were shocked that I’m such a camping and wilderness lover.

Having no phone reception was a beautiful experience in itself. I highly recommend going on a phone fast, the only calls you need to receive are the ones of love and nature………. Liiiike, what if someone really needs to get ahold of you tho 🫪😂

Such a wonderful hike last Sunday at Pew Pew Point. It was quite challenging on the way up but when your insanely athletic and stunning other half is basically jogging it backwards while having a full conversation, it motivates you to take deep yoga breaths and not drop to your knees to beg for a break….

I highly recommend this one for couples, friends, or friends considering coupling. Once you get to the top, you can experience the hang gliders preparing and then taking off. DM with questions for I live to serve. Also would not recommend doing in tennis shoes.
