It was never just a workout. 🚴‍♀️
It was early mornings.
Late nights.
Parking garages.
Masks.

And still… we showed up.

Because we knew it was magic.
It was the room. The people. The energy. The coming home to myself over and over again.

I fell in love with the rhythm, the sweat, the voices that reminded me I’m capable, strong, and worthy exactly as I am.

SoulCycle didn’t just train my body — it helped me remember who I am.

This room brought me back to life.
It taught me that I don’t need to shrink, hustle harder, or prove anything.
I am an athlete. I am powerful. I belong.

Goodbyes aren’t really goodbyes.
Just see you later — or in this case, see you across the bridge. 🌉💛🖤

Gratitude 🤍 It’s our last day of #AloMoveandBloom and our theme is gratitude. This challenge has been the perfect spring reset. The daily intentions have reminded me of what’s important and why. Gratitude is the perfect way to wrap things up. 🤍

Gratitude softens judgment, deepens presence, and turns ordinary moments into something sacred. It’s what helps us notice the enough in our lives, even in the middle of challenge. 🤍

In yoga, we connect body with breath, intention with action, encouraging movement with purpose and presence. In partner yoga, the connection expands to include trust, communication and mutual support.

Practicing yoga in community - group settings - creates a space of mutual respect, compassion, and collective energy.

We are forever grateful for all “Take the Plunge” attendees!

We wanted to cap off the retreat with a bang, so we took part in an early Sunday morning cold plunge into Cle Elum lake! The power of nature to heal one’s body, mind and soul! If you haven’t cold plunged, we highly recommend it!

Old friendships were strengthened while new friendships were made from this beautiful retreat! Our hearts are FULL!
