Rachmaninoff 2nd Piano Concerto and Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini with the Edmonton Symphony tonight. Great venue, excellent performances! by @ltroberts30

Been on a mini cheesecake kick lately. Made two new recipes: Cookies and Cream, which is a chocolate chunk cheesecake with a cocoa crust, whipped cream and chocolate cookie crumble on top (similar to Milk Bar’s birthday cake crumble). The other was an Apple Pie Cheesecake, with cinnamon cookie crumble, homemade Apple pie caramel and a cinnamon graham crust.

These are both eggless and lactose free. You’d never know, though. Rich, decadent and dangerously good! by @ltroberts30

Canadian Finals Rodeo night with these cowboys! by @ltroberts30

Home. Taken from above. It may not be glamorous, but this city still has its charms. #edmonton #alberta #canada #home by @ltroberts30

Had a nostalgic craving that goes back to my childhood and summers at our cottage in Muskoka. These are my Auntie Anne’s Peanut Butter Bars. Shortbread crust topped with chewy, crispy peanut butter and cornflakes. These turned out so well and scratched that itch. Nothing like home baked goods from those old recipes we grew up with. This one was even written in my Mother’s hand. ❤️ by @ltroberts30

Had the immense pleasure to meet this cool cat @benheartitaly and be styled by him and his phenomenal team with a new jacket, belt and boots that make me look and feel like a million bucks! Everything about this experience was stellar and the quality was so clear from the moment we entered the shop. There is no better feeling than being treated like a VIP from the moment we arrived and left looking like a rock star. Gratzie mille, my man!

If you ever find yourself in Florence, make sure to stop by. You won’t regret it. by @ltroberts30

Thanks Florence! You were magic as usual. We’re on the train headed back to Rome for one more night before heading to Toronto. A trip of a lifetime; thanks T for being my travel husband and street navigator! by @ltroberts30

Made it to Florence. Left the oppressive summer heat of Rome behind and enjoyed a stroll around the cobblestone streets with @jhrmpls. So far, Italy has not disappointed. Beauty and history everywhere you look. by @ltroberts30

I’ve seen the Colosseum a few times in my life, and every time I do, the same question enters my mind: how did every day people build this? Simple as that. It was Ted’s first time and he loved it! by @ltroberts30

Me: “Do you even squat bro?” Ancient Roman: “We live at the Vatican, so obviously.” Me: “OK, now I see it.” by @ltroberts30
