Rather late than never.
This year I stopped overthinking and started sharing.
A sound body and mind isn’t found in results or medals, but in gratitude for movement, for connection, and for the people who turn meters into memories.
After injuries, I’ve learnt that joy lives in the laughs, the dances, and the moments we share along the way.
Sound body and mind is showing up, together, again and again.
