What an way to end this season. Couldn’t be happier with yesterday’s outcome! Those who know me, know I’m the type of person who’s never satisfied and I think this is exactly why I am there where I’m right now. Even though I learned it’s important to sometimes take a moment and to realize what you have already achieved and be proud of yourself. Thank you for everyone supporting me on that journey. It’s still just the beginning and we won’t be slowing down at all🙏❤️ taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @lucareger

Back and hams 2 weeks post @mrolympiallc

Heutiges komplettes Training:

3x Latzug breit
3x TBar Row
3x Einarmiges Latziehen
3x Enges Latziehen
3x Liegender Beinbeuger
3x Sitzender Beinbeuger
2x RDLs
3x Einbeinige Beinpresse by @lucareger

Back home in Germany and the last weeks went by so fast. Sometimes you are so in the rush and forget to enjoy and appreciate the important moments.
With this post I want to show my appreciation to @neil_yoda_hill1 🙏❤️
We managed to present my best package ever by far in only a couple of months of working together. But to be honest this is not even the most important part. I would have never thought a coach on this level would be taking so much time for me. I was able to learn so much in the last few weeks and I’m extremely thankful for every minute I got of your time.
We are only getting started and I know I can trust you 100% and this gives my mind so much peace. I know what we are be capable of doing in the future and promise I will always give it everything I got to make our goals turn into reality.
You are already much more than a coach to me and I will probably never be able to put this into words. So I just want to say thank you with this post🙏❤️ taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @lucareger

Post Olympia napping dump 💤😂

Los Angeles Day 2 🌴🌮

Shopping, food, steps, some napping and some more food🍕🥤 completely off bodybuilding for a couple of days to reset the mind🙏 that’s so so underrated nowadays. Not only make sure your body gets recovery after a long season. Your mind needs it too! taken in West Hollywood, California by @lucareger
