HYROX Hong Kong was INSANE ⚡️⚡️
The crowd was loud, the energy was unreal, couldn’t have asked for a better mixed doubles partner to go through the chaos with 🫡

We took on the race in what might be game-changers.
Grip, propulsion and aggression - the #Adizero Dropset Elite has it all.

Grateful for another PB 🤝 (Hard carried by @adidasSG)

We finally got a flag!! 🔥

We weren't in the best condition coming into this race, but we communicated and had each others backs. Had such a blast in Zone 5! Thrilled to share the podium with a solid teammate, more to come? 🤪

To be able to run the Berlin Marathon, I knew what I had to do. It was a big dream and everyone around me knew I was afraid. But is it worth doing if it doesn’t scare you?

It wasn’t a pretty race but 32mins off my marathon PB later, your boy is a sub 3h marathoner ⚡️

Scroll to see the stats for you nerds

Sandbox Training Ground 🏰

All the stars aligned and in my 20s, I was a stuntman because of this space and met the craziest group of people that I had the opportunity to learn from and train with. It was a chaotic and intense 3 years, training 3-5x a day with weekly overnights to start the first training early. Martial arts, gymnastics, Wires, acrobatics, auditions and creating Pre-viz that could rival professional short films, what a time to be alive 🔥

I really learnt so much from everyone here and though I haven’t been down for a while, it is such a shame to have to say goodbye to that creepy building. @pepsgoh and @officially.tiffanyyongwt thank you for this, we owe you for all the memories made and friendships forged 🙏 May whatever you touch next be as beautiful as this. taken in Sandbox Training Ground by @lucasisyourtype

30K for 30 years. Late (birthday was in May) and on a treadmill (the PSI was not it) 💀💀💀

3 different gels, plenty of 100PLUS, and a whole lot of time staring at the same window.
Not the most glamours, but still counts. I guess. taken in Anytime Fitness by @lucasisyourtype

Tokyo DisneyLand 🏰

I never had cable growing up so my memory of Disney was a collection of Disney Sing-a-long VHS Tapes where I had to piece the stories together and imagine the parts between the songs. Capturing these pictures on an old refurbished Nikon COOLPIX kind of makes them look like photos from an imaginary childhood.

Never thought I would ever get to go to Disneyland, let alone 3 parks in a year. May you choose someone that doesn’t let you do things halfway ✨
