explorativ°7 lädt dazu ein, die Stadt als offenen Erfahrungsraum zu erleben — als einen Ort, an dem Kunst unmittelbar geschieht und sich in jedem Moment neu erfindet.

explorativ°7 invites you to experience the city as an open space for exploration — a place where art unfolds in the moment and reinvents itself at every turn.

Open-Source-Performances lasting several hours give rise to temporary works of art that interrupt everyday routines, highlight specific locations and poeticise public space. With playful imagination and physical presence, the artists create fragile sculptures, striking visual moments and social situations that capture the audience’s attention and open up new perspectives on the cityscape.

You are warmly invited to a performative walk entitled SECRET PROFESSION

with Lucia Bricco

Saturday | 27 June 2026

from 4.00 pm | Meet at the Kunstpavillon Burgbrohl for the walk
from 6.30 pm | A conversation with the artist – over wine, water and snacks

AIM e.V. has invited the performance artist Lucia Bricco from Rome to take up a residency at the Kunstpavillon Burgbrohl. She will develop a performative walk and, in collaboration with other performance artists present open-source group performances in Ahrweiler and Sinzig.

Lucia Bricco was born in Turin in 1988 and studied fine art at the Academies of Fine Arts in Turin and Rome. From 2018 to 2023 she lived and worked in Athens; she now lives in Rome. She says of her work: “I use surprise as a means to reveal a sharper, universal form of fundamental knowledge.” She creates situations that encourage us to engage with the impossible as an imaginative alternative.

For the performative walk, she will explore the concept of surprise. It will be a walk punctuated by performances to create an immersive situation that merges with the concept of a shared movement within the surrounding natural environment.

ENTRY IS FREE.
We look forward to seeing you there!
