Our Fall schedule is here! Make sure to set up your training routine, plan accordingly, and take advantage of everything we have on the schedule.

As our community continues to grow, we’re hoping to introduce even more classes based on demand, so stay tuned for future updates!

🔥 NEW KIDS PROGRAM STARTS NEXT WEEK!

Our new program for ages 4–7 officially begins Monday, October 19th!

This program is designed to introduce our younger students to Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, structured, and positive environment, helping them develop coordination, confidence, discipline, and the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu.

Our Little Champs program introduces kids to Jiu Jitsu in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment while helping them develop confidence, coordination, discipline, and focus.

At this age, it’s about building a strong foundation, learning how to listen and work with others, and most importantly — having fun while learning Jiu Jitsu!

🥋 ONE YEAR OF WOMEN’S JIU-JITSU AT LUCID

This Sunday marks one full year since we started our FREE First Sunday of the Month Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu Workshop at LUCID JIU JITSU.

Over the past year, it’s been an incredible experience welcoming women Jiu-Jitsu practitioners from across Long Island and the five boroughs of New York, all from different academies, different experience levels, all coming together for the same reason, the love of Jiu-Jitsu.

Our goal has never been to suggest that women should only train with women, or that men should only train with men. Quite the contrary. That’s exactly why we hold this workshop just once a month.

We believe there is real value in creating a dedicated space where women can learn from one another, network, ask questions, exchange techniques, and openly share their experiences on the mats, all with the goal of becoming more confident and better prepared for their regular training environments.

As we celebrate the one year anniversary of this workshop, we’re excited to invite you back once again.

This Sunday’s session will be led by the newly promoted Professor Celine Lopez Luzardo 🙌🏼🥋 Under Professor Fred @unabjj
