Holding space is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Whether it’s through Kundalini Activation, a private session, or simply witnessing someone’s process, my intention is always the same: to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself.

The upcoming group activations are in this post, and if you’re feeling called to work together one-to-one, my private sessions are always available too. Just send me a message.

I don’t see tarot or astrology as tools that tell you who you are or predict your future.

I see them as mirrors.

They help us understand the currents we’re moving through, the patterns we’re carrying, and the choices available to us.

Story has always been my first language.

Whether it’s through books, music, poetry, or the occasional strange little song that refuses to leave my head until I write it down, creating has always been how I make sense of the world.

Shadow work is all fun and games until the shadow is actually yours. 👀

Some of the hardest things I’ve had to look at in myself aren’t particularly dramatic. They’re the things I can justify. The things that sometimes look like strengths. The things I can very convincingly explain away.

And no, becoming aware of them hasn’t made them disappear. I just catch myself in the act more often now.

Sometimes I choose differently… Sometimes I absolutely do not. 😂

A little experiment with timing and tarot. 🔮

I recorded this pull for humanity on one day, then scheduled it to land here at a completely random later date.

So if you’re seeing it now… maybe this is when you were meant to. 👀✨

Congratulations to @lucieataya on the publication of the new edition of "No Pain, No Game".
It’s been great working together on the revisions to this memorable & biting dystopian drama!

Silence is part of how these things are allowed to continue. Speaking about them is uncomfortable. Looking at them is uncomfortable. But discomfort cannot be the reason we look away.

Change starts in the culture we create around us, in our homes, our relationships and the things we refuse to excuse. Enough is enough. ♥️

So if the space is unregulated… how the fuck do you know who to trust?

Part 2 of why discernment, ethics, boundaries and accountability matter so much in this work.

A little trip down memory lane. 🥹

People tell me now that I’m confident, grounded, independent, creative. And I am. But looking back at these versions of me, I’m reminded that I didn’t just become those things one day.

I’ve been lost. I’ve doubted myself. I’ve given my power away. I’ve fallen apart and had to figure out how to put myself back together. I’ve done things terrified, made mistakes, changed direction and started again.

And every single one of those women had a hand in making me who I am now.

I don’t look back at her and think, God, you had so much to learn.

I look at her and think, you have no idea who you’re becoming. ❤️ taken in London, United Kingdom by @luciethecreativewitch

Anyone can call themselves a healer, energy worker, spiritual teacher or facilitator.

There is basically no regulation.

And when you’re working with vulnerable people, altered states and powerful experiences, that’s a pretty big problem.
