I was terrified to do this…

To start the @londonschooloftantra

I had all the fears.

I don’t know enough.

What if I fail.

What is I f*ck up.

What if everyone burns me at the stake?!

But I couldn’t deny the vision that I felt in my body.

T^ntra had changed my life and nothing like this existed in London.

I got off a call yesterday with a new student who’s just joined our 2026 Facilitator Training.

And it hit home the impact of what we’ve created.

We were both in tears because she told me how coming to just a two hour session with us last Saturday changed her life.

So much so that her family asked her when she got home “What have you been doing?! You’re glowing!”

And she said to me…

“Imagine if you never started this. How many people would miss out.”

I am grateful I never let the fear stop me.

I am so grateful I let me vision be louder then the fear.

So this is a reminder.

If you have a dream that will change people’s lives for the better.

But you’re afraid.

Welcome that fear and do it anyway.

The world needs your unique medicine.

There are people waiting to have their lives changed by what you will create.

I believe in you.

All my love,

Rosa xx

P.s. if you desire support along that journey drop me a DM with 🚀READY🚀 and I’ll share more about our Facilitator Training.

This is your last chance to join as applications close Sunday at midnight. Don’t miss this opportunity to not just change your life…

But the 1000s of people waiting for you to change theirs. 🔥

P.s.s. 📸 by @jt_ibizafilm on our Embodiment Retreat, exclusively for our students, which so many said was the most transformational week of their life. 🥹

So deeply grateful to do this work every damn day.

The one topic I could talk forever about?

The menstrual cycle, or as I’m now reframing it as the ovulation cycle. As Ovulation is the main event in your cycle.

I eat, live, breath the cycle

I work out according to my cycle

I schedule my entire work life and social life around my cycle

I build my business with my cycle.

People often ask me where do I start? I want to live in tune with my body and cycles.

My answer: learn how to accurately track your cycle. Learn how to identify ovulation. As ovulation is a key indicator of your overall health.

I teach women how to use the @femmhealth method. It’s the most effective and easiest way to determine ovulation.

We look at cervical mucus and how it changes throughout your cycle.

This is the best place to start! And from there you can start building your systems and habits.

I have 3 x 1:1 spots for FEMM sessions for more details send me a DM with ‘FEMM’

And of course let me know what cycle day you’re on in the comments! 😘😘😘

This took my breath away…

I’ve been looking back at photos and videos from 2025 and stumbled across this moment from our retreat.

This retreat is the culmination of 10 months of online training for the Facilitator Training, an opportunity to go deeper in person.

And I did not expect this…

At the final ceremony the team kicked us off with a practice called “wowing” basically where you “wow” someone for who they are, how you see them, the impact they have on your life…

It’s POWERFUL.

And what happened next had me in tears.

The students also wowed me.

And I got the opportunity to really see and viscerally feel the impact this work has had on their lives.

I’m crying just writing this because that’s why I do this work.

This is why I teach Tantra.

This is why the @londonschooloftantra exists.

If for the students we get to serve and the impact we get to create.

Two years ago if you told me I’d be running sold out workshops across the world, hosting sold out retreats on my fave island of Ibiza, that I’d fine myself leading a global movement alongside an epic team of women…

I’d not have believed you.

Two years ago I just want to put on Tantra events in London because what I was craving didn’t exist.

I simply followed the nudge and the whisper and let life and the universe unfold the rest.

This is your reminder to let go of needing to know every tiny detail and to trust your impulses to say yes to what feels aligned in your life.

You never know where it will lead, and the lives you’ll impact along the way.

Love you all so much,

Rosa xx

I wear many hats in this life time. But I don’t always share this side of me. It’s been an initiatory path for me personally and one I didn’t necessarily intend to share.

I’ve been on the Priestess Path for the past 6 years and no doubt it will be a life long journey for me.

This year I’ve been deepening my priestess training with @priestesspresence @elayne.kalila Diane Dubrow as a Scent Priestess with Rosa Mystica Mystery School.

I only offer my gifts unless the energy completely aligns and only if the opportunity presents itself.

However the universe weaved an opportunity that I’m still integrating many months later.

I had the absolute privilege and honour of guiding a group of 13 women how to anoint themselves with Holy Oils at Tanits Cave Ibiza.

I co facilitated the ceremony with the amazing @hallielifson and it just so happened that we aligned the ceremony on Mary Magdalene’s Feast Day. 🌹

The womb energy from the Tanits Cave was ancient, primal and beyond words. Vortex, portal and amplifier.

It was a deeply moving experience and a big step up for me to be visible in this way. The Priestess wound runs deep in our collective psyche. Priestesses were systematically eradicated over the past 6,000 years. To be a woman in spiritual teachings and mysteries is a radical act of itself. It’s taken sisterhood my own personal training, teachers and mentors to get to this point where it feels safe enough to share this here.

For the most part I share my priestess skills in the mundane everyday. The kitchen, with friends, family my animals and tree allies.
I weave the priestess in all aspects of my life.

I suspect many priestesses walk among you.

In fact you might be one of them.

We are the Watch Tower women.

Initiators.

Walking the path of love. ❤️

And thank you to @romanlifson for the beautiful photos and for the holding the divine masculine energy 🙏

This wasn’t supposed to happen. 🫢

Like… I didn’t grow up dreaming,
“one day I’ll teach Tantra.”

I thought my life would be the usual:
9–5. Mortgage. Marriage. Kids.

But the truth?
That version of me was numb.
Depressed.
Trying so hard to fit into a box that was never mine.

And then… lockdown happened (classic 🙃).
And everything cracked open.

I couldn’t ignore it anymore.
The craving.
To feel alive.
To feel pleasure.
To feel more than monotony I was living.

So I followed the whisper.

I booked my first Tantra training.
And from that one yes… everything shifted.

Now?
I lead rooms where people cry, laugh, shake, orgasm their way into freedom.

I run a business that turns me on.
I earn multi six figures, four times what I made in corporate.

I wake up excited to create, to serve, to lead.

All because I stopped waiting.
All because I took that first step.

And I have some secrets to share with you…

On 23rd September at 5 pm BST / 12 pm EST,
I’m hosting a free masterclass:

✨ Want to Teach Tantra? How to Hold Transformational Space ✨

I’ll share exactly what helped me go from boxed-in corporate life → to this.
Freedom. Pleasure. Impact. Devotion.

👉 Save your free spot (link in bio).

Because maybe… your “this wasn’t supposed to happen” moment is waiting too.

All my love,

Rosa x

P.s. one of the best parts about this business is paying my friends for their expertise. 🥰

A rising boat lifts all tides and I am so unbelievably grateful for these women by my side.❤️‍🔥

Love ya @thecamillalovegrove @drerincaust @energyhealingwithlucie

Every time I host a workshop, I hear the same beautiful reflections…
“I didn’t realise how much I needed this.”
“It felt like coming home to myself.”
“It was like my nervous system finally took a breath.”

Through every knot tied and pattern formed, there’s a kind of presence that just can’t be faked. It’s meditative. Healing.
There’s something deeply fulfilling about making something with your own hands and then wearing it with pride.

So many of the women who joined said this was the first time in a while they truly paused.
They noticed old behaviours, let go of perfection, and gave themselves permission to play again.
In a room filled with laughter, openness, and zero judgement, they felt supported. Seen.

Sometimes we forget that treating ourselves doesn’t need a big reason.
Sometimes, it’s the smallest things (like making something beautiful, together) that fill the cup the most. 🤍

Shedding skin time and time again 🐍

The magic of this Island does something indescribable 🌊✨

These two weeks worth of diving deep into Tantric practices and learning how to develop a heart led business with @rosamaxwell @londonschooloftantra came with highs, lows and everything in between…

The more that I continue to follow this path, the more I can feel my confidence and self-belief rising 🌅

My biggest takeaway from this experience was understanding the ever evolving relationship I have with my intuition, trusting my gut and what it means to practice this work from a place of respect, truth and integrity.

I was so lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful souls who shared their hearts so tenderly with such courage.

I feel so inspired and can’t wait to continue weaving together my first 1:1 tantric coaching offering coming soon… 🌟

So blessed, so privileged, so much gratitude 🙏🏼
