I invite you to Walk the middle path with me at my Sunday Zen Zone class at the Sanctuary yoga studio on Sunday. 11:30 class starts. Let us be patient with ourselves as we practice journing back home to spirit. The class is designed to help you rediscover the peace within yourself because that’s the only place peace really is. I’m excited to share my Zen zone Yoga Class with you. I merely use the poses to help you unbind, unwind, let go of past conditioning so that you connect back to the Spirit, the truth of who you are. We will slow our flow, breathe gently, do ancient energy movements to unblock our arteries for better health. Meditation will be emphasized because meditation is the key for transformation and liberation. My intention is to help you find your Zen. Feel the peace and know that the truth is inside of you.

When this picture was taken of me at Cathedral gorge, I had moments of feeling like I was channeling the American Indian. I honor and respect everything they had to experience and endure. Keep it simple is my motto. Here I give a simple explanation of why I title my yoga class Zen. I accept all people from all walks of life.It matters not to me where you worship. Whether it be in a synagogue, mosque temple, Church, etc. I respect all just come with an open heart to be loving and kind with one another. More than ever we need to learn to accept and help each other. Have a joyful day Namaste.

Practice a little peace today, let it begin with you. Even if it’s letting go of some judgment, and instead of the judgment, say I don’t know why they feel and think that way, but I’ll send them love. You may not feel that, but just try it. Take baby steps change your thoughts and in time you will see and think differently. Just remember we all came from the same source like it or not, believe it or not. That is just simple truth. Throwback when I traveled with Latoya Jackson and her then husband Jack Gordon. Here we are in Germany, then Austria and Switzerland. My message today is stay in the present moment knowing that what you think and say today plans your future, you can look back but stay in the present moment. Live and love well today because every moment is creating your future.
