Relax, yes relax, we live to much in wanting an answer for everything. That can create anxiety. We are always looking for a truthful answer as well. Well, how can we ever know what someone tells us is the truth. The real truth is inside of us. My Zen lesson Sunday at the yoga Sanctuary is on finding truth. See you on the mat for some Zen Zone time together. P.S. remember, when you relax, it will be revealed to you.

Thought for the day: don’t try to figure out the past, it may cause suffering. Let go of, what if? It happened and nothing can be done about it. Going to far into the future can create anxiety , why worry about things that may never happen? Travel the Zen Zone lane by staying in the present moment. In truth we have all we need in this moment. Keep practicing, keep it simple, keep the balance. We’ve entered the sign of Libra, it’s a wonderful time to focus on the balance of yin & yang. One of the laws of spirit is understanding . Let others know you understand . We all want to be understood. By understanding another, we open to greater loving. See you on the mat . Namaste

Masks back on for everyone’s safety . When everything else fails, follow directions.

Sunday’s Zen message is: You are your greatest teacher, the true guru is inside of you. The answer to your question is inside. Let’s practice some yin yoga, then move into SE’s, Spiritual exercises. Meditation moves us to look inside. Give yourself some self care and healing. See you on the mat at the Yoga Sanctuary. Namaste. Peace & Love
