What a week, captured what I could but so many more fun times and moments with the Team.

Lucy’s Training promotes “POSITIVE VIBES ONLY” while we become the best version of ourselves and make week days more fun. We come together on a Saturday at the end of the week at 8am to start our weekend right.

✨ New goals. New journey. New energy. ✨

And the mission? To keep my body feeling as strong, capable and functional as possible — because honestly… age is just a number, right? 😉

A huge thank you to @alignchiropracticpeterborough for giving me my MOT this week. ❤️ My workouts are already feeling amazing, and I can genuinely feel the difference. 🙌

I’ll always make my own decisions when it comes to my wellness and fitness journey. I don’t follow trends or allow anyone else to dictate what’s right for me — I listen to my body, trust my own judgement and choose what feels right.

But also when something makes a real difference, I love sharing it with you. ❤️

I’m feeling strong, aligned, energised and ready for this next chapter. And if this is how good I’m feeling already… I’m ready to feel even more amazing! 🤩✨

First day at the new studio done! What a day it was 🙌🙌. It was great to finally get to train some of our team in here. What a blast we had💥 🙌❤️ Saturday @ 9.15am FAMILY FIT is launched. It was so amazing to see the laughter, smiles and 💦. Loved hearing the initiatives already created by parents for every 100 calories burned you earn a £1. Birthday shoutout to @laurenbr0wn. Celebrating her 57 pound drop since her last birthday. We started in November and I’m super proud of what we have achieved.
