Last night marked my aunties 60th birthday celebration, and I had the pleasure of wearing a dress I hadn’t worn in seven years!!

Over the past seven months, my journey has been nothing short of transformative. After experiencing burnout and neglecting my well-being, I found myself thinking that my dream of being fit at 40 was slipping away, especially after turning 40 last December. However, my journey began when I discovered @hutchings_ella incredible fitness transformation. My @nicolakate1984 sister decided to join the same personal trainer, and I couldn’t help but wonder if we could train together. This idea became a reality thanks to @lucystrainingpage

The first six weeks of personal training were challenging as we adapted to planning our meals and workouts in our schedules. Yet, we grew to adore the training sessions. As we started seeing remarkable results, we became addicted to the feeling of physical and mental wellness. This journey required hard work and unwavering determination, and I couldn’t have done it without my partner in crime, my sister, and Lucy, my understanding personal trainer. Lucy knows me inside and out and is always there to lift me up during tough days or weeks.

Having a female personal trainer who understands the unique challenges women face was invaluable. Every week, Lucy would ask, “What do you need from me to reach your goals?” Not to forget my incredible fitness tribe – these women have been my biggest cheerleaders, making group sessions incredibly enjoyable. I’m now 22 pounds lighter, my body has undergone a remarkable transformation, and I can fit into all my dresses. I’m happier, healthier, and thrilled to declare that I’m officially fit at 40! 😍 #fitat40

What an inspiring week this was! 🔥🔥

Our (first time in the UK) Annual Partner Event was a great success!

Partners from over the globe gathered together for 3 days over 2 different locations, the Haycock Hotel and our own Innovation Center, Warehouse and Offices.

We shared the history of 25 years of Escape Fitness, we learned about the future of Escape Fitness and the Product Development which is super exciting, AND we worked out with the best products in the Industry!

Our Team did a fantastic job pulling this all together! Proud is an understatement!

I’m already excited about our next years Event!

But first some quality time with my little fambam ❤️

Fit at 40 was the goal! 🤩🤩🤩

All you’ll ever need is a little discipline to get started. But when you feel like quitting, you must remember your end goal and how you’ll feel when you get there! When you keep showing up day after day, your fitness journey will begin to feel like it’s part of your everyday routine.

Like mine, your fitness lifestyle will begin to evolve over time⁣. I rarely have a “perfect” day, but I also won’t let that deter me from feeling better from the inside out.

How we move our bodies daily impacts our mental health, physical health, and overall well-being.

The magic you are looking for is in the work you are trying to avoid. There are no shortcuts. The secret is to put your head down and do the work for months, possibly years. So please get comfortable with the fact that change takes time. I promise you will never regret sticking to it and seeing yourself reach what you never thought was possible ❤️

What a week last week & weekend in London! 🔥🔥🔥

I already know that whatever life throws at you it’s just preparing you for something bigger ✨ So we do stay positive and enjoy every single moment we have! Luckily I have this handsome one next to me to survive everything and anything what comes our way ❤️

So from finally meeting the “most scariest man” last Friday, who is actually just a Big Friendly Giant (and he is huuuuuge 😁😃) with a fabulous story you don’t want to miss out on (release of his episode in May!) we dived into London to eat & drink and drink some more and celebrate both our Sista’s birthdays, Fabulous Family Time! 🧡

And look what I just picked up! So happy now! 🤎🤎🤎 This week started brilliant! 🙌
Our new VISA stamps in our passports! It was worth the delay, we are so ready to make America FIT again with the amazing gym designs and equipment we have in store for you!! 🤍
