Swapping Flows and short practices with fellow teachers is shared knowledge and expression. She shared a beautiful short practice on her IG that was rooted with intention and grace.

Yoga teachers are artists; constantly creating something that is uniquely their own. It isn't just restrictive to asana, but the cues, anatomy deep dives and the philosophies as well.

When we share art and ideas, we break the chains of limited views. We shatter the wall of separation. My flow in this video is inspired by Jenny Nguyen; the teacher and human being. Yet, it also carries my own melody and identity.

This is yoga. Yoga is everywhere and brought to life by the individual's sheer will.
