This past year has taught me discipline, strength, resilience + how to tune into my feminine (and masculine) power. 100 classes, 10 months of sobriety, and the ability to nourish my relationship with my partner, my friends, and myself. It’s the longest I’ve stuck with anything, and I contribute my sobriety to this as well as my relentless desire to succeed. I’m growing, flourishing and not stopping anytime soon. My life is finally normal in the best way possible. Stable. Beautiful. Raw. I couldn’t be more grateful for all that yoga, sobriety, and the people in my life have given me. This is also my informal announcement that I’m going for my yoga cert in the near future. Would you take a class with this crazy bitch? 🦋✨💖🌈🌸🧚💅
