There is more to this marine biologist than just rays 🤣
So grateful for the chance to learn from incredible people, like my friends and colleges tagging huge turtles! It was unforgettable to see these gigantic turtles 🐢

I say goodbye to Florida with the best feeling of all: the feeling of having fulfilled my purpose. Of how amazing it is to go out into the world, to live a completely different life, and at the same time find comfort and a sense of belonging. How good it is to know that in another country I have a second home, so many close friends, so much work, so many animals, and so many good and kind people!
Thank you to everyone who became a little part of this story that I lived and built with so much love, fun, and care.
I honestly wouldn’t change a single thing about everything I lived. It was incredible! I can’t even express how happy I am to have had this opportunity and to have made the most of it. ❤️

Me despeço da Florida nesse momento com a melhor sensação de todas: a de dever cumprido. A sensação de como é maravilhoso sair pelo mundo, viver uma vida totalmente diferente e, ao mesmo tempo, encontrar conforto e identificação. Como é bom saber que, em outro país, eu tenho uma segunda casa, muitos amigos do peito, muito trabalho, muitos animais e tantas pessoas boas e gentis!
Obrigada a todos que fizeram parte, mesmo que por um pedacinho, dessa história que vivi e construí com tanto amor, diversão e carinho.

Meu amor minha alma em forma de pessoa.. você vai voar agora e tudo o que eu sinto é um orgulho enorme por que sei que você está realizando um sonho, e fazendo sentido pra você, faz todo sentido pra mim.. mesmo que seja muito difícil pensar numa vida em Santos sem você.. (na qual eu nem conheço ainda)
Separando as nossas fotos e vídeos eu vejo tanta felicidade só de estarmos juntas, a gente nunca precisou de nada além de uma a outra, a gente sabe ser muito feliz junta e o nosso amor é tão puro e paupável, grandioso, lindo, que eu acalmo meu coração sabendo que a vida é muito longa e que ainda vamos ter milhões de momentos juntas com muita água, mar, surf, trabalho, barco, animais, mergulhos, risadeiras, carinho, boas conversas. The past two weeks with the FEC Lab @fishecohboi at @harborbranch I had the opportunity to be part of incredible projects, learn new techniques, and even perform Spotted Eagle Rays ultrasounds. Every day brought something new to learn. But what made this experience truly special was the people.
Thank you for welcoming me with so much kindness, sharing your knowledge, and making me feel part of the team. See you soon, my BigDogs. I’m leaving with a heart full of memories, so much gratitude, and a little piece of each of you with me. 🤍🌊
