officially a narp 😪

15 years later and I’m struggling to say goodbye to competitively playing the sport (and as part of a team) that holds the most amount of my blood, sweat, and tears that I’ve ever given something in my life. To think that I had mentally given up playing golf during my freshman year and was fully committed to transferring on 3(!) separate occasions is crazy to think about (hook em🤘🏻🧡), but I wholeheartedly believe I wouldn’t be the person I have grown into today without those exact setbacks and hardships I endured early on.

It’s nearly impossible to accurately put into words just how much this sport has not only grown on me, but also the countless life lessons it has taught me and what it means to truly be a better person and human being. I owe this sport my everything and cannot thank golf enough for the amazing places it took me, the incredible people I met along the way, and how it taught me to faithfully find yourself when you’ve hit rock bottom.

An incomprehensible thank you to @hsugolf for not only connecting me with my brothers and second family for life who love me for me, but also for reigniting my love for the game after it had burned out 💜💛 the support from parents and family has been overwhelming. Retiring with a content heart knowing I made little me proud.
