I took some time away from the gym to recenter myself with the Lord and remind myself why I’m even doing this in the first place.

I’m not training just for myself or for a physique. I want to steward the body God gave me, to be healthy and strong enough to worship, serve, and go wherever He calls me.

There was a period of my life when I was so lost and broken that simply getting up felt impossible. Now, I have the strength to move, to train, to live, and to serve. That alone is something I’ll never take for granted.

I’m so happy to be back in the gym, but I’m even happier to be back with the Lord FIRST. 🤍

So this season, the weights can be heavy, but they’ll never be my foundation.

Let this be your reminder: more important than carrying the weight is remembering the One who carried the cross. ✝️

i can just feel it now…
the strength. the growth. the version of me God is shaping me into.

not there yet, but she’s getting closer.
every rep, every set, every day i choose to keep going—while trusting God with the process.

some things He gives you instantly, others He gives you the grace and discipline to build.

and i can just feel it now. 🖤
