Family only comes once. ❤️

Ever since moving away to Germany two years ago, I’ve realized more and more just how important family is to me.

From reflecting on all the love I’ve been surrounded by my whole life, to the Sunday calls that keep us connected from across the ocean, it’s safe to say these people are very close to my heart.

This trip was nothing short of a dream come true. From surprising everyone by showing up a week early, to Niagara, to becoming a full-blown tourist in my own country again 😂🇨🇦

Thank you for always giving us the best time and for making home still feel like home, no matter how far away I live.

And through it all, I’m reminded that God is still writing my story. I don’t know exactly where the next chapter leads, but I know my plan is still unfolding—and You are the Author. ❤️

Just missing Nate down under. 🇦🇺

Over the last week, I had one of the most peaceful and meaningful experiences.

I got the opportunity to join my father-in-law on one of his sailing trips in Croatia — something he’s been doing for the last 15 years. Through his ministry, he takes men out on sailing boats to help them reconnect with God, slow down, and reflect on life.

This was the first trip in English, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of it.

Not only did I realize how incredible sailing is, but I also experienced something deeper — real peace, real connection, and a deeper relationship with Jesus.

There’s something powerful about being out on the ocean, away from distractions, surrounded by good people, creation, and conversations that actually matter.

This trip reminded me how fast life moves. To slow down. To appreciate where you are. To think about who you want to become and who you want to spend your life with.

I’m already 23… dang 😂
But looking back, I can truly see God’s hand through every season of my life.

Life is such a gift, and we take so much of it for granted.
