We are incredibly honored to retain our Michelin 🔑 for the second year in a row! Achieving this recognition in hospitality is never a one-person operation; it requires a cohesive effort from everyone involved. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our dedicated team at @lodgeatstedward , including all front and back-of-house personnel, for their hard work in making this achievement a reality. A special thank you to the @michelinguide for recognizing us and the other Seattle hotels who earned or retained their keys! Thank you for inspiring us to continue showcasing the culinary excellence of the Northwest. Let’s keep working together to make this region a remarkable destination! taken in The Lodge at St. Edward State Park by @lukekolpin

Couldn’t be more excited to cook alongside my good friend and incredible chef, @chefshota , for the first weekend of farewell dinners at @takuseattle before they close the doors. This dinner sold out quickly, but if you head over to @chefshota ’s Instagram, you might be able to grab a ticket for Volume 2.0, featuring two other amazing chefs, @chefnininguyen and @chefkleeokc for the final weekend.
If you’re lucky enough to snag a ticket before they’re gone, you’re in for an unforgettable experience!
A huge thank you to @chefshota for all the incredible food you’ve shared with Seattle over the years. I can’t wait to see what you do next—and to cook together this weekend! by @lukekolpin
