Return to the Ancient Ram Inn is coming this Halloween Season 👻

I had given myself the immense task of editing 7 hours of raw footage down to a coherent 5 part series. Both Season 1 and Season 2 of the Ram Inn have been some of my favourite videos on my channel. So pumped for you all to see this! It’s coming soon!!!

When you survive a night at the UK’s most haunted inn, what do you do next? Go again, of course!!

Round 2 at the Ancient Ram Inn was certainly memorable. What started out as a chill, quiet evening eventually turned to a terrifying, long night.

Forever in love with my Spooky Gang: Billie, Millie and Baby 🥺 Couldn’t live out my spooky fantasies without them!

I don’t normally post a lot about him because posts like this always seem attention seeking. But 10 years without a Dad is quite a weird milestone to hit.

It’s been a wild 10 years. In some ways, it felt like yesterday that he was here. In others, it feels like he’s been gone for longer.

I’m grateful for all the memories I have. I’m fortunate enough that I had a good father for 21 years, as I know not everybody is lucky enough to have a good one.

I can hear his laugh. I can see him doing stupid dances. And I, unfortunately, still know his jokes.

But, there’s so much he’s missed out on. And that makes me feel strange. Entire chunks of my life, he doesn’t even know about. I’ve had so much I wanted to tell him. Whether it’s life events, new jobs, new movies or friends I wish he could’ve met but never did.

I like to think if he was still here, that things wouldn’t be that different:

- We’d still do a trip to London together - where I’d go and watch Wicked, and he’d go to a museum and we’d meet back up again afterwards.

- He’d still tell me to “try something different” in a restaurant instead of always repeating the same 5 meals I like.

- When he hears the Theme Tune of a TV show and go “not this one again” only to stand in the doorway and watch the entire episode with me.

Little memories like that have stuck with me the most. Don’t take the small things for granted, people. It’s what you’ll miss the most.

I don’t really know what the aim of this post is. I’m just feeling a feeling - which is bringing some reminiscing to the surface. It’s gotten easier after 10 years - but it’s still difficult, which people don’t realise.

If anyone wants to raise a glass to him today - I’d appreciate it.

“Into the Woods, it’s time to go, I hate to leave, I have to though…”

This musical has been near the top of my wish list for a long ass time. When this cast was announced, I couldn’t resist the gorgeousness of Rachel Tucker, Ollie Saville, John Owen-Jones, Melanie La Barrie, Bella Brown AND Gracie McGonigal. Plus, all the other fantastic cast members I discovered today.

The staging was visually amazing as well as the vocal talents being beyond immaculate. Sondheim music in live theatre is next level.

My Wicked obsessed self couldn’t believe I was once again seeing Rachel Tucker and Ollie Saville in a kneeling down romantic number, but here we are!

A great choice for my 120th theatre visit!
