POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A recap of all the fun music things I’ve done this year. A celebration of all the amazing bands and wonderful people I’ve met.

It’s been a horrendous year in so many ways, for so many people. I am eternally grateful for all of these events, and this recap will serve as a reminder when I need it.

If you featured in any way in this reel, thank you for bringing me joy. 🙏

Had to use my song of the year too! by @lulalong_

Few rubbish photos from the IDLES Bristol Block Party 1-2 August 2025.

Just home, exhausted but ridiculously happy. I can’t even find words for what I experienced this weekend.

Love is the fing. ❤️

Edit - Gurriers and Ditz weren’t playing, my friends brought me gifts, hence coming home with setlist and signed CD 🫶🏼 by @lulalong_

Made myself a pin design for a giggle.

@khaliphotography’s shots are just too good, but I managed to ruin this one with Papyrus. 😆

Now to go play with the badge-making machines at the library and make my daft dream a reality.

Having far too much fun with these. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!

P.S. I realise I could have used Bug for the music, but Starburster seemed to fit the surreal mood better and it’s one of the best songs of the decade imo. Before you start in the comments!

Following the phenomenal worldwide success of ‘IDLES as DOGS’ and ‘DITZ as CATS’, I now bring you ‘GURRIERS as BIRDS’. Enjoy!

(Yes, I know the last ones are not birds, consider it a bonus round).

(Yes, I am distracting myself from back to work and school tomorrow with stupid shit). by @lulalong_

It’s surprising what you can fit into 6 days away.
I may be home now, but I’m not letting go yet. 😅 Begone, post-gig trip blues! by @lulalong_

The best @idlesband gig I’ve done yet. 🔥 I laughed, cried and danced throughout.

This trip has been full of the most memorable moments. I’m overflowing with gratitude for the band, AFG fan community, and my amazing friends. All is love. ❤️ by @lulalong_

Absolutely magical evening at Wythenshawe Park, Manchester for The Cure. As a casual long-time fan, nothing could have prepared me for how captivating Robert Smith is live. If you get a chance to experience them, don’t miss it.

Pic with my faves from back in March 2025. 💚
I deleted it at the time because I look like the pits, but my love for Gurriers exceeds my self loathing, so she’s back.
They never miss. New album can’t come soon enough. 🙌 by @lulalong_
