IDLES TANGK TOUR 2024-2026

What a tour! 🤯 The band played 150+ shows from Februari 2024 till August 2026. I saw 43 of those and made a compilation from the shows I enjoyed the most!
Did you attend one or more of these too?😬

There is footage of the following shows:
Album Release in Kingston 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Cardiff Castle 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 , Bilbao BBK 🇪🇸 , Belfast🇮🇪, Forest Hill Stadium NYC🇺🇸, Inmusic Zagreb 🇭🇷 , Northside festival 🇩🇰 , Belgrade 🇷🇸 , , Liverpool 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 , Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 , Cologne 🇩🇪 , Winterthur 🇨🇭 , Release Athens 🇬🇷 , Pukkelpop 🇧🇪 , Mannheim 🇩🇪 Pinkpop 🇳🇱 , Blockparty in Bristol 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, Budapest 🇭🇺 , Hamburg 🇩🇪 and Festi’neuch 🇨🇭
Some shows are featured a little more, which means I could film some good shots without being crushed into the barrier😂

To the band I want to say this:
I normally don’t like to tag your private accounts too much , I really don’t want to be annoying or anything. But since I’m too awkward to ever say this in proper English and in person: Thanks. The last few years have been incredible. Going to your shows brings such a joy in my strange life. Life and work can be really hard sometimes, but when I know I have an IDLES gig to look forward too, it helps 😊
You and your team have been incredibly kind to me ever since I’ve started going to your gigs in 2022.
IDLES is carried by it’s community, Joe says this every night. But you truely are the glue that holds it together. I can’t thank you enough for what it brings into my life. You are not only incredible musicians, but also extraordinary human beings with your hearts in the right place. I appriciate you so much.
Good luck on finishing those albums! 🍀

I’ve made a post on the @afgangaf FB page about all the amazing people I meet at these gigs. It’s a privilege to share a barrier with so many nice people all over the world. You are a huge part of why I love these gigs❤️
Could only tag 20 people😂 AIL❤️

Jesus, I’m gonna have so much time on my hands.

Going on a high note 🔥 Belfast 2026, hometown of Bowen, was the Last headline show of the Tangk era, that started in Feb 2024!

Over 150 shows - I attended 31 all over Europe and had a blast 😁
I made some great Friends, who opened my mind to new perspectives of life, love and support and I am very grateful.❤️
And a whole bunch of lovely people from every part of the world!

When I say to people that I am going to another Idles gig, they don’t get it and they think I am a bit crazy.

Those Idles trip are a big breath of emotional fresh air, that I always come out feeling much better ✨ ( I don’t count the bruises 😂)
Thanks to the people of thèse gigs, discovering new cities and culture 🌆

I Hope the band gets a good and inspiring break from Touring… 2 new albums coming !!

See you in 2027 🔥

PS: if you are wondering why there is a wedding in this video, this beautiful couple fell in love at an Idles gig a while ago and got married the day before the Belfast one during a very moving ceremony and gathering. Congrats to the Olé’s! 💒

7 concerts during the summer tour this year and first and foremost the @queensquarebristol block Party 🎉

Going up on stage was one of the best memories ever 🤩 I was so stunned being up there and by the amount of people in the crowd!

That festival was the best and I Hope they do it again someday.

Loved visiting Athens, French and German Switzerland, @cabaretvert festival and La Rochelle.

Time to start planning 2026 now ✨ : what do you have in mind?

Memories for a lifetime happened during @queensquarebristol Block Party 😍

It was THE event we were all waiting for during 9 months and it gave birth to a truly special weekend with friends from all over the world and @afgangaf reunions. 🤝

Thank you to everyone I spent time during these couple days, to the band, their team, the festival’s team 🙏

It was a beautiful parenthesis in a wonderful town✨
I hope it will occur again someday and I know I am not alone!🤞🍀

Block party is the Fing 🔥

IDLES BLOCKPARTY🫶❤️

I can write a book about last weekend. But I just want to say thank you to @idlesband and all my AF gang friends. Last weekend was perfect. Especially the Saturday, even without that whole stage invasion moment( which was one the best gig moments in my life, obviously.😂)

Idles has a special place in my heart. And I’m gonna tell them in person the first chance I get.

Some new fan art of the captivating Cal Francis of DITZ.

I finally saw them live twice this month and they exceeded all expectations. Heavy, groovy, intense and hypnotic. Super nice people too. Hope to see them again soon!

I have been thinking for a while about how to tackle stage lighting and smoke, as it looks really cool but doesn’t lend itself to coloured pencil. Here I used pan pastels and small sponges to add the fog effect. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out!

Joe said during a show to drop our phone and stop taking crap videos 🤣 I try do it as little as possible but I am also glad to have all those📱memories ❤️

Thank you to everyone who is in the video and not in the video that was part of the tour: you made it unique ⭐️
