Never be embarrassed by Version 1.

This is how the Weenie Dog drop actually started.

In November 2025—7 days after closing on LumberLegs—I made that first design.

And yeah…it was pretty junky. 😂

It looked more like dachshund wallpaper than something LumberLegs should sell. But the idea behind it stuck.

Over time, the generic dogs became real photos of my own dogs. The design got stronger. The story became more personal. And one rough idea eventually grew into the Weiner King shorts, the Size Lies tee and Big Weenie SZN.

There’s almost a year of learning between that first mockup and the finished drop.

Version one doesn’t have to be great. It just has to give you somewhere to start.

Don't be afraid to fail. Fail fast. Learn. Readjust. Be UNREASONABLE.
