POSTS STORIES REELS

While I am the one teaching the Breathwork Guide Training, I am also learning SO much from my students. I love how every cohort seems to bring a unique and magical combination of women, and when I meet them all for the first time together, it never ceases to amaze me at both the compatibility of the group, as well as the gifts that each one brings. And this training is no different!

If you are feeling the call to sit in circle with a group of like-hearted women and dive deep into the power of the breath, my March 2027 cohort is already filling up! Please email Olivia@oliviamoonwellness.com for more info. by @luminabreathwork

In my opinion, when you are constantly humbled by the work you do, you know you are not only on the right path, but you are meeting the work from a soul-led place.

One of my guiding principles with @luminabreathwork is the knowing that as facilitators, we are not the one “doing the healing”. We are simply providing a safe container for the healing to happen, and a vessel for love to flow through us - in our words, our presence and our touch.

My November cohort is now full, but if you are feeling the call to become a guide of the breath, please get in touch to apply for my March 2027 training. 🌬️✨🙏🏼 by @luminabreathwork

What are the qualities that you associate with good facilitation? by @luminabreathwork

To be honest, the decision to make my @luminabreathwork Guide Training an all-women’s training was an easy one… although it did take me some time to actually say it out loud!

What I have learnt from years of facilitating Women’s Retreats and workshops is that there is a certain depth of experience that occurs when there are only women in the room.

We drop our guard and our masks
We resonate with and see ourselves in others
We allow ourselves to be seen and witnessed

And in this, something magical occurs.

So much of facilitation is what embody, rather than what we know. And so while the 120 hour training is about learning techniques, theory, and so much more, at the heart of it is who you become as a result. And the circle of sisters you share your process with are such a large part of that.

If you are feeling the call to learn the art of Conscious Breathwork facilitation, as well as step into a life-transforming experience that will deepen the way you show up for your self and all those around you, there are still 3 spaces left for my November training at @bodhikhaya.

More info on my website, or else please DM me if you want to connect. 🤍🌬️🙏🏼 by @luminabreathwork

Journey into Breath. 🌬️

Join us for journey into the transformational power of the breath at the beautiful Greenhouse at Rocklands Health Centre in Constantia @our_rocklands on Monday 9 March 2026. Within this space, surrounded by nature, be guided through a Conscious Breathwork Journey, followed by a gentle and restorative Sound Bowl Bath.

Using the powerful practice of Conscious Circular Breathing, we will journey deep within to clear, cleanse and shift your vibrational frequency, allowing you to align with the truth of who you are. The Breathwork Journey will conclude with a healing Sound Bowl Bath, realigning and restoring harmony and balance within your energy field.

This practice helps us to cultivate a sense of bliss, release any stuck emotions and stories, and invite in lightness of being and powerful insights to carry with you well beyond the event.

Whether you are new to the practice or an experienced breather, I would love to see you there!

Bookings via Quicket, please DM me for the link 🤍 by @luminabreathwork

A love letter to @bodhikhaya and @luminabreathwork 💌

Last week I had the honour of stepping into the most holding, expansive space - the Lumina breathwork guide training.

To be held by this land, by my breath, and by this group of women felt like a warm, tight squeeze on a hard day.

@oliviamoonwellness, what a gift it is to learn alongside you.

Thank you for guiding us back to the power of our breath again and again -
for stretching us, for witnessing us, and for holding such a steady, grounded container for this training.

I confronted my fears, stretched my capacity, and let my breath reach places words can’t quite touch.

I’ve returned home softened, expanded, and so deeply grateful ❣️

Thank you, thank you, thank you! by @luminabreathwork

It’s hard to put into words the deep level of gratitude and fulfilment I feel after spending 7 nights and 8 days with 6 of the most incredible women for the in-person component of @luminabreathwork’s Breathwork Guide Training, held at The Wild Pod at @bodhikhaya.

Over the 7 days, each woman guided and received 6 1:1 conscious breathwork journeys, based on Lumina’s framework, as well as learned to practice and teach 22 additional breathwork techniques, along with the theoretical component of the training.

Amongst all the breathwork, we spent each day in connection - with nature, with ourselves and each other. With space allocated for nature walks, swimming, rest and reflection, while being deeply nourished by the food, beauty and magic of @bodhikhaya.

Needless to say, it was a full week!

The most incredible aspect for me was to witness the inner transformation of each person, as well as seeing each of them fully stepping forward as an embodied breathwork guide, each with their own unique gifts.

And through this, a special, sacred sisterhood was formed, who will continue to journey together for the next 8 months as they complete their case studies and training assignments.

And I am also so incredibly grateful for the growth I experienced through learning and stepping into the role of guiding others in this way. I called in a group special souls to be part of this first training, and the Universe overdelivered! Thank you to each and every one of you powerful women, I see you and I honour you. 🤍✨

My next training is in March 2026! DM me if you feel the call. The container is limited to 6 spaces only, and I have 3 left. ✨ by @luminabreathwork

My first Lumina Breathwork Guide 120 hour Training cohort officially began this week! ✨

After months and months of working on the content, feeling it birthing through me, constantly editing and refining, I have really been able to crystallise what it is that @luminabreathwork is all about. This is the first business that I have co-created that feels so much bigger than me. Which makes sense, as the magic of the breath is infinite - its medicine vast and universal.

And to finally step into our first session has felt like a deep initiation - yet so filled with a sense of ease and alignment. And we’ve just getting started!

I could not have asked for a more incredible group of women to step on to this journey with, who I am so excited to guide, share and learn from along the path.

If Lumina’s approach to breathwork speaks to you, I would love to be your guide in one of our upcoming trainings.

35 Hour Foundational Breathwork Training - 17 & 18 January 2026 at @ourrocklands (plus 2 online sessions)

120 Breathwork Guide Training - 19 - 26 March 2026 at @bodhikhaya (plus 4 online sessions, and 8 months of monthly integration calls)

Please DM if you are keen to know more! With love and deep breaths. 🌬️ by @luminabreathwork

“The nervous system, at a pre-conscious level, is always asking: ‘Am I safe?’ The breath is one of the most powerful ways to send an answer.” – Dr. Stephen Porges

✺ ✺ ✺

I am reminded time and time again that breath is not just a function - it is a guide.

Through conscious breathing, we can anchor into the body and soften the mind.

Breath invites awareness of what is present and can offer the nervous system signals of safety.

Each inhale and exhale are an invitation back to connection - with the body, with others, and with the world around us.

A heartfelt thank you to @oliviamoonwellness at @luminabreathwork for holding such a spacious, supportive container for us to expand on our awareness of the power of breath 💛🌬️
