“For the Hmong people, flame cooking isn’t just technique; it’s a sacred connection to our origins that has sustained our communities through centuries of migration.” - paperkite farm. We had the pleasure of experiencing the Hill Tribe Dinner at Paperkite farm this evening, and it was truly magical and unforgettable.
Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with incredible flavour, and beautifully showcased the traditions of the Hill Tribe cuisine. The setting at the farm made the evening feel intimate and authentic, and the warmth and hospitality of everyone involved made this evening truly magical. Judy and Hans, you and your team are absolutely outstanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ by @lusobites

Tonight we got to enjoy the absolute finest Prince Edward County has to offer. @littlejohnfarm . Beyond the outstanding cuisine, it’s the warmth and generosity of Luhana and Zach that make this place unforgettable. You leave not only well-fed, but inspired, with a deeper appreciation for farming and the connection between food and place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ by @lusobites
